In this 10 day course we will learn the chanted meditation practice: 'Kriya Mantra'. This mantra practice serves to offer deep relief, balance and clarity in many aspects of your life. By simply dedicating just 12 minutes a day, you can deeply enhance your wellbeing physically, mentally and emotionally. Accompanied by Miguel in each session, we will learn and sing 8 Mantras together, and acquire techniques and wisdom that we can treasure and incorporate into our daily lives. Each session is a practice in itself, which you can then choose to draw on at anytime. This course is a blissful journey that will help you to bring radiance, liberation and joy into your being.


Meet your Teacher

Miguel Brea is a devotional singer with a deep love for mantras. Combining ancient Indian mantras with melodies that he composes in a state of meditation, he has independently recorded 3 Album (Breathing Guru Om, Mantra Legacy Vol. 2 and Vol. 3.) that can be found on a range of digital platforms, including Insight Timer. Dedicated to his mission of expanding the chanting of mantras as a useful tool for self healing (Sound Healing) and self-knowledge, he offers us a practical and simple technique to enter deep meditation through sound. Miguel delivers beautiful and deep touching Mantras Workshops and guides different Mantra chanting groups mainly in Argentina, his country of origin. He participates in different international Festivals of devotional singing and Kirtan every year and works with numerous NGO's internationally carrying out integration activities through art, accompanying dying people in Hospice with mantras, working in Addiction Rehab centers, hospitals and poor neighborhoods.

Lesson 1

The Reorganizing Power Of Our Sound: Kriya Mantra Practice

In this first lesson, we will talk about mantras and chanting as a practical wellbeing tool and their benefits. We will discuss how to do this practice without any prior interest or experience singing. We will also learn how the vibrations of mantras have a profound impact on our physical, mental and emotional health. Today's Mantra, the Kriya Mantra practice, is as a simple and quick way to achieve deep meditation.

Lesson 2

Breath Used As A Connection Tool

Today, we will learn about and build the foundation steps of this practice. Together, we will come to understand it's structure and it's applicability in our everyday lives. We will then apply the first step of this practice by learning how to perform the 'Immersion,' through breathing and singing the OM sound.

Lesson 3

First Mantra: Freeing Ourselves From Negative Patterns

We are ready to sing the first mantra together: 'Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya'. With this mantra we will ignite the connection with our inner being, with our conscience, and remove any interal obstacles in the way. We will begin to free ourselves from the negative patterns that are repeated in our mind.

Second Mantra: Moving Through Important Moments Of Change

Today we are going to sing the mantra 'Om Namah Shivaya'. When we are going through transformations, difficult moments of change, Om Namah Shivaya will help us to go through this transition peacefully and emerge with a feeling of wholeness.

Lesson 5

Third Mantra: Listening To Our Internal Voice As A Guide

These teachings are designed so that you can experience different mantras in these sessions and then use them freely when doing the practice at home. In this session we will sing a mantra that activates the vibration of the Teacher or Master inside of us, who guides us and gives us the correct answer at the right moment. Today's mantra is: 'Gurudeva Guru Om Namá Shivaya.'

Lesson 6

Fourth Mantra: Moving Through The Obstacles With Strength

This next mantra awakens or invokes the energy that allows us to move through obstacles, with strength. The image that the mantra brings to life is the Elephant; a symbol of strength and perseverence. The Sanskrit name of this energy is Ganesha, Ganesh, or Gana Pati. Today's mantra is: 'Gana Pati Om.'

Fifth Mantra: Experience Your Divine Nature

Today we are going to immerse ourselves in one of the most popular mantras. The Maha Mantra 'Hare Krishna'. Together, we will sing: Hare Krishna Hare Krisha, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hara Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare". With this mantra, we will recognize and experience the divine within us all and celebrate it.

Sixth Mantra: Connect With The Energy Of Devotion That Lies Within

Today we will sing the mantra 'Jai Jai Radha Ramana Hari Bol.' This mantra awakens the energy of devotion. Devotion is a path that opens our hearts. Releasing demands, expectations, and giving ourselves truly as we are, with our skills and abilities. This mantra calls on our whole being, awakening the depths of our consciousness.

Seventh Mantra: Find Containment & Peace

Today's mantra offers us profound connection with the energy of the Mother; the one who contains and protects us when we need a calm and safe place to be. The mantra says: 'Amba Ma, Kali Ma, Gauri Ma Chandi Ma, Om Devi Om.'

Lesson 10

Eighth Mantra: Connect With Our Inner Silence

We have arrived at the end of the course, which much like the mantra, is also a beginning. We have explored the Kriya Mantra practice together and now you can choose to continue to deepen in it by using these sessions and practicing at home. All you need is 12 minutes a day to recover your energy and find a place of stillness and support within. In this final lesson, we will remain silent for the first part of the lesson. You will then begin to hear a closing mantra, also known as 'Savasana.' And in that state of silence, we can rest and relax. You have arrived home.
