First Mantra: Freeing Ourselves From Negative Patterns

Lesson 10
Eighth Mantra: Connect With Our Inner Silence
We have arrived at the end of the course, which much like the mantra, is also a beginning. We have explored the Kriya Mantra practice together and now you can choose to continue to deepen in it by using these sessions and practicing at home. All you need is 12 minutes a day to recover your energy and find a place of stillness and support within. In this final lesson, we will remain silent for the first part of the lesson. You will then begin to hear a closing mantra, also known as 'Savasana.' And in that state of silence, we can rest and relax. You have arrived home.
