31 Days Of Gratitude

With Mart Tweedy

31 Days of Gratitude is a gentle, supportive daily practice designed to help you reconnect with appreciation, presence, and emotional balance, without forcing positivity or ignoring what feels real. Over 31 days, you’ll be guided through short, bitesize audio reflections that invite you to slow down, check in with yourself, and notice what’s already supporting you. Each day focuses on a different theme, helping you build a sustainable gratitude practice that feels realistic, grounding, and nurturing. Rather than pretending everything is perfect, this course supports you in softening your inner dialogue, shifting away from constant striving, and developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and trust. With just a few minutes a day and optional journalling, you’re invited to gently change the way you experience your life, one day at a time.
