This is an intention-setting guided meditation to start your week clear and connected. Within these mini-meditations, I will be offering up intentions to come back and connect to, as you move through your day. Living intentionally creates shifts and changes in your life because you are coming from a place of responding vs reacting to life's circumstances. Connecting to an intention creates space and new opportunities in your life because everything starts within. Find a comfortable seated position and allow yourself to take a moment and arrive,

Relaxing all tension in your face,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hips into the earth,

Your legs,

Every single toe.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Feel the rise and fall of your belly,

Your chest,

Your heartbeat,

And sink in,

Placing both palms over your heart space.

And just listen.

Today's intention is to nurture yourself.

You are worthy of a beautiful,

Abundant life,

Filled with love,

Filled with joy.

And I know sometimes we forget to hold ourselves in this way,

To slow down and nurture our heart's needs,

Tugs,

Pulls.

So breathe in,

Breathe out,

And take a moment to hold your heart,

To nurture yourself,

Listening to what lies behind all the noise.

What do you need?

What are you holding on to?

Allow yourself to feel,

Release,

And just listen.

I know sometimes it's confronting,

Maybe uncomfortable,

Maybe even painful to be in this space of deep intimacy with oneself.

But the universe is a kind,

Loving,

Abundant one.

You are safe.

You are held.

You are loved.

Take this moment to sink in,

Stating the mantra,

I love you.

I'm listening.

I love you.

I'm listening.

And notice what part of you comes forward.

Notice the softness beneath your heart space.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

It just takes a moment to nurture ourselves.

Slow down and listen to all that's within,

All that's calling us to come back home.

Feeling the ground beneath you,

Holding you,

The temperature on your skin,

And all the sounds that surround you in this space,

In this day.

Knowing that this intention is always within you whenever you need it most.

Breathe in through the nose,

Breathe out the mouth,

And whenever you are ready,

Gently open up your eyes and have the most beautiful day and do something nourishing for yourself,

Something loving towards yourself.
