Finding a place where you can be a little bit more centered.
You might want to roll your shoulders around.
I always tend to roll my neck a little bit.
Very good.
Just a place that you find within your body where you're going to be able to sit for about 15 minutes.
You will find that natural place by moving around and then stopping.
Very good.
And now letting go of everything that came before this moment.
Letting go of everything that will come after this moment so that you can be right here,
Right now.
Quieting all of the craziness,
The crazy vibration.
Instead finding that place in the center of you,
It might be very dim right now,
But it is there.
That center of you that is already at peace.
And now from this place I'd like you to imagine,
Feel,
Sense or see the very center of your being.
Usually around your heart in your chest somewhere.
The very,
Very,
Very center of who you are,
The truth of who you are that is already peaceful.
That is already at one with yourself.
If you can't find it,
That's okay.
You can imagine it.
So coming from that place within you and the very center of you,
Imagine that place,
Sense it as being pure light and imagine that center growing.
Ready okay.
The part of you that is already peaceful,
The part of you that is already love,
Imagine it growing and growing and growing.
With each breath it gets bigger and bigger.
It is pure light and it is real.
As it grows,
As you feel it grow,
As you sense it grow,
As you imagine it growing,
You feel more at peace.
You feel more safe.
You feel more secure.

And now from this state of peace and safety we can look at our past.
We can look at any situation,
Any relationship,
Any confluence of events that have created any drama in our past.
And we can see it from this peaceful point of view.
And we feel the drama from that past right now.
We are not ready to release it in this moment,
But we can feel it.
We allow ourselves to feel that drama,
The pain,
The confusion,
The anger,
The craziness,
Whatever that happens to be for you.
They are just feelings and we are giving meaning to all of our feelings.
And looking at this drama inducing relationships,
Situations or experiences from our past,
We allow ourselves to be okay that they were what they were.
And we ask ourselves honestly,
If we are still holding on to who we were when these things,
Situations and relationships occurred.
And we honestly ask ourselves and tell ourselves the more that we hold on to who we were when those things happened,
The more we are bringing those situations and people and experiences into the present moment and into our future.
So today we release the drama by changing our mind about the drama.
We change our mind by seeing that any of those things in the past are an illusion in the way that it only will affect us if we choose to keep being that person and we have grown so far from there.
So today we choose to release our perception of the past so we can be free,
Allow it to be what it was so we can have the peace,
The freedom and the joy that we know we are at our center.
And now we take a few moments in silence to see those things differently and let go of our perception of what the past was.

And now reconnecting ourselves back to that center of peace.
Coming back to that light within ourselves that is always peaceful.
Bringing our awareness back to the room that we're in.

And slowly and gently bringing our consciousness back up.
