
Accepting Yourself Fully Meditation

This meditation will help you to start to fully accept who and where you are in order to sit within yourself with ease and comfort.
Transcript
Take a deep breath.
Take another deep breath.
Allow yourself to feel comfortable,
Allow yourself to feel relaxed and peaceful in this moment.
And as you sit quietly,
You imagine a beautiful spotlight above your head,
About three feet above your head shining down right on your head with a beautiful light that is full of peace and full of love.
And as you feel that beautiful light just pouring over your head and over your face and down your shoulders,
You start to feel more relaxed.
You start to feel more safe and take a deep breath,
Allowing yourself to just be where you are in this moment as you feel this beautiful crystalline light going down your back,
Going down your chest and your torso.
Just enveloping you with peace and safety and love.
And as it keeps going all the way down your arms and all the way down your hips and legs,
This beautiful safe crystalline light envelops you with a divine source and divine vibration of love.
Until that light has gone all the way down underneath your feet,
So you're completely enveloped in a beautiful,
Peaceful and safe light of the divine source itself.
And sitting in this energy,
Sitting in this peace,
You take another deep breath.
Today I am in the process of accepting myself at the deepest level.
Today I am in the process of accepting myself at the deepest level.
Today I am in the process of accepting myself at the deepest level.
For there is no way that we can find true inner peace,
No way that we can move forward in our life and attract any kind of positive results until we truly begin the process of accepting ourselves at the deepest level.
This journey of accepting who we truly are is the beginning of the real mystical and spiritual path.
By being completely honest with ourselves and accepting everything beautiful about ourselves,
Anything that we are judging should be more than what it is in this moment.
Anything that we're labeling negative,
Anything that we're labeling something that is not a peace or love.
We in this moment accept those things.
We accept them.
We accept that we are in the process of developing ourselves.
We accept that all of the divine that's within us touches every single thing,
Whether we are judging it negative or positive.
We have made the declaration that today accepting every level of who we are is the highest principle.
We allow ourselves to look at those places we have been avoiding.
We allow ourselves to see those things about ourselves that we have been pushing against and we instead in this moment accept every part of ourselves.
We take a deep breath and we bring to mind something that we are fearful of within ourselves.
We are shameful of within ourselves.
Something within ourselves that we feel needs to be changed and we look at it square in the face in this moment knowing that it has no control over us and we are giving it the control that it has over us by labeling it negative or positive or good or bad.
And in this moment we see that thing that we have been pushing against.
We see that negative deficit that we believe about ourselves that we are not smart enough,
We are not good enough,
We did this in the past,
We did that in the past that we have to somehow feel bad about.
But instead in this moment we look at it square in the face and we say we accept it.
We in this moment realize that we are in the process of accepting everything about ourselves and we see that accepting it actually brings us an objectivity around this negative thing.
And we sit with it for a moment.
And as we sit with it we discern the energy of this deficit or negative thing within ourselves.
And we allow it to be.
We allow it to just sit there.
And we accept it.
We accept it from the point of view that it has no power over us unless we are allowing it to have power over us.
For we know what we resist will persist.
And we allow it to be.
And now we bring to mind another part or aspect of ourselves that we feel is positive,
That we feel is beneficial to us or to the world.
And we see that thing right now.
It could be an aspect of yourself,
Of your personality,
It could be an aspect of any part of yourself that you see in this moment that is positive.
And we bring that up in this moment looking inside.
It could be something that you do,
Something that you are,
That is positive,
That you have given the label of positive to.
And we accept that thing just as much as we accept the negative.
And we are aware that in this moment we are in the process of accepting our whole self from the deepest possible level within ourselves.
Accepting our flaws and our triumphs and our victories and our challenges.
The whole picture of who we see ourselves to be,
We accept it in this moment knowing that we are the observer of those things that we have labeled.
That our true self is completely at peace,
Completely in joy,
Completely in love.
Let me take a deep breath.
Knowing that today as we walk through the day we notice the things that may be challenging to accept and we allow them to be.
And we walk through this day noticing and observing the things that are easy to accept about ourselves.
And we notice those things and allow them to be.
Knowing that we are the observer of all of these things,
We are much bigger than these things because we are in the process of accepting ourselves.
We are in the process of accepting all the things that we have labeled,
All the things we have judged,
All the things about ourselves that we have ranked as better or worse.
We accept them all knowing that they are not who we really are.
We are the light of the universe.
We are the consciousness of the divine and that is who we are first and we accept that truth first in this day.
We take another deep breath.
And as we just let go we know that focusing on these things and accepting them for what they are has empowered us,
Has created more peace within our heart,
Has helped us to become more resonant with the divine source and less resistant.
And we slowly start to come back to the room that we are in knowing that today we are in the process of accepting ourselves at the deepest level and that will go on when we come back to our consciousness.
As we start to move our body,
Start to feel the presence of ourselves wherever you are right now.
And you take one deep breath and you open your eyes when you are ready.
