Music Now gently close your eyes and we're just going to take a few intentional breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and when you take these breaths I'd like you to feel the inhalation all the way down into your belly Here we go,
Inhale and exhale Inhale and exhale and one more,
Inhale and exhale Very good Now I'd like you to just notice how different you feel from a minute ago by just taking a few breaths Check in with yourself and just notice how taking a few intentional breaths helps you to move into a vibration that feels more peaceful that feels slower that feels more allowing Take another deep breath Check in with your body once again and your mind Good And for this meditation today we're just going to very simply get in touch with the flow and the allowing energy that's underneath all of the tension all of the thoughts all of the planning all of the anxiety Take a deep breath again Exhale As we begin to live in harmony with how the flow of energy is working underneath all of your needs all of your planning all of your worries as we begin to get in touch with that we begin to have an orientation that feels more allowing One of the main reasons that we don't live from this space more in our life is because part of us feels unsafe Part of us feels as if we need to control situations,
Outcomes,
And ultimately we need to control ourself because there is a core of something that feels unsafe And as we operate psychologically from the space of feeling unsafe we lose our connection to that allowing force of life,
Of love that is underneath all of it So today we make a decision a conscious choice to be a little bit more in alignment with the part of us that is allowing,
That is flowing and that does not know the answers The part of us that truly can say,
It is what it is without any form of passive aggressive or any form of resistance that you can truly say it is what it is and that's okay Take a deep breath So today we dedicate ourself to being more in align with that underneath allowing flow that is allowing you to be safe no matter what is happening that allows you to be confident no matter what is happening to be completely connected with God's Source and Universe no matter what is happening So for the rest of our day we are going to consciously come back to this place that is safe this place that doesn't need to know the answer this place that is allowing God and the Universe to manifest the highest and most beautiful potential that we can ever imagine and we know that it can't happen if we are focused on controlling and understanding and worrying about outcomes Take a big deep breath knowing that this time that we have spent together has changed your outlook of yourself and the world and the situations and your goals it's changed it in the very real sense that you no longer have to try to control or worry or keep yourself safe Take a deep breath walk into our day feeling more confident feeling more allowing and feeling safe Now you are going to slowly come back to the room you are in start becoming aware of your body again the bottoms of your feet the tips of your fingers taking a deep breath and as I count backwards from 5 to 1 you will be completely aware,
