Transcript

Take another big deep breath.

Allowing yourself to just be right here,

Right now.

Allowing yourself to sink deeply right in this moment.

And if you need to roll your neck around or your shoulders to sit straight up,

To feel okay for a few minutes,

Do that.

And as you sit quietly,

Just allow your breathing to calm down.

Allow your breathing to just get into a natural rhythm.

That's all you have to do.

Breathing in and out.

Finding your natural rhythm.

Feeling relaxed.

Very good.

Now,

I'd like you to just visualize or get in touch with your spine.

From the very bottom of your tailbone to the very top of your neck,

Going into the top of your skull.

I'd like you to just imagine a column of light.

You can feel it,

You can see it,

You can sense it.

It doesn't matter.

A column of very strong,

Beautiful,

Easy light going all the way from your tailbone out through the top of your head.

And as you feel this beautiful light,

Cutting right down the center of you,

You sense that it is a pillar of strength.

And as you sense this pillar of strength,

You may even sit up a little bit more.

You can feel it,

As I said.

You can even see it in your mind's eye.

There is great power in this pillar of light because it segments you right down the middle so that you find that harmony and balance between both sides of your body.

Between your right side and your left side.

Take a deep breath.

And as you feel that breath go in the center of your body,

The two sides begin to feel more immunity with each other.

Very good.

Just sitting in this awareness of a beautiful light that is strong going up and down your spine and out your head.

And now I'd like you to focus on the very bottom of your tailbone.

That very bottom of your tailbone,

Just about an inch either inside your body or outside your body,

Whatever feels right.

I'd like you to imagine,

Sense,

Or even just feel a beautiful ball of red light.

Imagine this beautiful ball of red light.

Just pulsating.

Just being right there.

This is the light of your survival.

This is the light of your energy moving forward.

This is the light of your root chakra.

Imagine again that beautiful,

Beautiful place.

And move up into your sacral chakra.

Your sacral is right where your navel is and it is orange.

Just imagine an orange ball of light.

That's all you have to do.

This is where your creativity comes from.

This is where your ideas come from.

So now you have a red ball and an orange ball.

Now we just move up into your stomach,

Into your solar plexus.

And that is your yellow ball of light.

Once again,

Just imagine,

Sense,

Or feel a yellow ball of light.

That's all.

You might want to breathe into the balls.

Your yellow solar plexus is all about your feelings,

All about your emotions.

Just be aware of your solar plexus chakra right now.

And now we move up.

We move up into our heart right in the middle of your chest.

In the middle of the sternum is a beautiful green ball of light.

Sense it,

Feel it,

Just know that it is there.

This life-giving green ball of the heart chakra is the place that balances everything,

That heals everything.

You can even imagine your blood running green like the heart chakra,

Through your body,

Healing it,

Making it whole,

And making it feel alive and full of love.

Breathe into your heart chakra.

And now moving up into your throat.

Right where your esophagus is,

I'd like you to just imagine a beautiful blue ball of light.

This blue ball of light is how you communicate with the world and how you communicate with yourself.

If you have problems saying your feelings,

If you have problems expressing your needs,

You may need to focus on this beautiful blue ball of light in your throat.

Take a deep breath.

And now we move up to your third eye chakra,

Which is that place right between your eyebrows and just about an inch above in the middle of your forehead.

This beautiful ball of light is purple or indigo.

Imagine or sense or feel a pulsating ball of purple light right in the middle of your forehead.

This is the center of your intuition.

This is the center of your intuitive abilities.

This is the place we want to go if we are too connected to the physical world.

And we need help from the other side,

And we need help or guidance from the universe.

Imagining a beautiful ball of purple light.

Take a deep breath into that purple light.

And now we move up above your head,

Just about a foot above your head.

I'd like you to imagine,

See or sense a beautiful ball of white light,

Of crystalline white light,

Pulsating very brightly,

Pulsating very strongly.

This is your divine chakra.

This is your God chakra.

This is the chakra that connects you to all that is.

And we connect with that.

We are just aware of that chakra a little above our heads.

There's nothing to do or nothing to say,

But just being in that light,

Our connection with God,

Our connection with the divine,

Our connection with Source.

And now taking your awareness and going down through all the chakras,

We have the white,

And then we have the third eye,

And we have the throat,

And we have the heart,

And we have the solar plexus,

And we have the sacral,

Navel chakra.

And finally,

Rooting it all,

We have the root chakra at the very bottom.

We feel and sense these chakras stronger now than we had before we started this,

Seeing,

Sensing,

And feeling the red,

The orange,

The yellow,

The green,

The blue,

The purple,

And the white,

Giving us true harmony within ourselves,

Allowing ourselves to be bisected right down the middle for pure power connected with the divine itself.

Take a deep breath.

And we slowly come back to the room that we are in.

And we allow ourselves to become more conscious of the seat that we're in.

We allow ourselves to bring our awareness back.

And do whatever you need to do physically before you open your eyes and come back to the room.

Simple direction and not too much woo woo to throw one off.. I find visualisation exercises often difficult, but today I enjoyed imagining my chakra's had a similar quality of a deep sea bioluminescent creature and breathed out a rainbow to finish.. thanks! πŸ”΄πŸŸ πŸŸ‘πŸŸ’πŸ”΅πŸŸ£βšͺ️

Some of the other comments mentioned that Max sounded bored in the beginning or perturbed, I took the sighs to be an act of releasing/relaxing and they were a mental cue for me to do the same. I liked the simplicity of the meditation. This was effective for me. Thanks.
