Welcome to this guided meditation to cultivate the power of gratitude.
Before we begin,
Just allow me to spend a couple of minutes explaining the purpose of this meditation and exactly how to use it in your own life.
Gratitude is far more than just a feeling of thankfulness,
It is the ultimate state of receivership in manifestation.
By expressing gratitude,
You align yourself with the energy of the universe,
Acting as if whatever it is that you desire is already an integral part of your life.
This powerful practice shifts your mindset,
Transforms your energy and brings you into the vibrational alignment of your deepest desire.
So in this meditation,
We're going to begin by embracing the gratitude that already exists within your life,
Reflecting upon the aspects of your life that already fill you with thankfulness,
Whether that's your loved ones,
Your friends,
Your animals,
Your health,
The roof over your head or even the air in your lungs.
I just want you to cultivate things that are already in your life and as you feel that gratitude deeply in your roots,
I want you to allow it to envelop your entire body.
And then as we progress through the meditation,
I'm going to invite you to focus on one specific intention for this session.
Now that can be anything,
That can be a goal that you've been working on,
A dream,
A relationship.
I want you to just get clear on that intent.
It can be big or small,
There's no right or wrong.
My advice is to just pick one area of your life that you're seeking to manifest and we're going to practice using gratitude to imagine that already being in your life.
And then every time you use this meditation,
You can go back and mix it up and use any other intention.
Gratitude is one of the most powerful manifestation tools that I use and I can't wait for you to see the magic unfold in your own life.
I really hope you enjoy this meditation.
To begin,
Make sure you're in a comfortable position and if you haven't done so already,
Slowly close your eyes and just feel your shoulders slowly and gently starting to lower,
Releasing any tension and allowing this simple act to signal to your body that it's time to turn inwards,
Away from the external world.
And now just feel the outside world slowly fading away as you keep your attention on my voice.
And now just take a slow breath in through your nose,
Keep breathing in and hold it.
And now slowly exhale through your mouth,
Nice and slowly,
Feeling your entire body relax,
Keep going.
And now breathe in again through your nose,
Keep breathing in,
Keep going,
And hold.
Hold it there for a moment,
Keep holding,
And now slowly exhale through your mouth,
Nice and slowly,
All the way,
Keep going,
Releasing any stress or tension,
Feeling your entire body completely relax.
And now just return back to your normal breathing,
Nice and slowly,
Going deeper and deeper into a state of complete relaxation.
And as I now count backwards from 10,
Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed with each number,
Allowing your mind to become quieter,
Your body to continue being more relaxed and your heart becoming more open.

Feel a wave of relaxation sweep over you.

Going deeper and deeper into a state of peace and calm.

Letting go of all thoughts now,
Focusing only on this moment.

Feeling completely supported and safe.

Your body feels deeply relaxed now.

Each number takes you deeper and deeper into a deeply peaceful state.

Feeling completely at ease.

Feel your whole body relax.
You're now in a deep state of relaxation,
Perfectly calm and centered.
And just find a breath that's comfortable for you,
Focusing now on my voice.
And now slowly begin to imagine yourself walking along a serene woodland path with trees either side.
Just be there for me now.
Listen to the gentle sounds of nature that begin to envelop your surroundings,
Soothing your mind and with each step forward that you take,
Going deeper and deeper into a world of complete peace and tranquility.
And as you continue to walk,
You're mesmerized by the beauty that surrounds you.
And eventually you come upon a beautiful ancient forest.
The air here is fresh and vibrant,
Filled with the energy of life.
And just be there for me now.
Use your senses to look around,
Feel the air,
Hear the sounds.
Be deep within this ancient forest now.
And now imagine yourself finding a large ancient tree with strong deep roots.
And imagine yourself slowly walking over and sitting down right beneath its roots,
Feeling the grounding energy of the tree.
And feel your whole body deeply connecting you to the earth,
Stabilizing,
Centering you and anchoring you into this present moment.
And now while sitting here under this tree,
Think about the blessings that are already in your life.
Whether that be your family,
Your friends,
Your animals,
Your health,
Whatever it is,
Be there and feel that thankfulness right now.
And as you do that,
Place your right hand over your heart and just feel this gratitude.
Feel a deep sense of love and gratitude welling up inside you for the love that's already in your life,
For the things to be grateful for.
And as you think about those intentions and those visions,
Say to yourself now,
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Thank you.
Let that feeling of gratitude grow.
Let this gratitude fill your heart and just be there for me right now.
And now with your heart full of deep gratitude,
Gently begin to visualize your intention for this meditation.
This intention is something that you seek to attract into your life.
And just visualize it clearly.
Be there now as vivid and clear as you possibly can.
See yourself in your mind already in receivership of this intention.
See a scene in the future playing out where you see yourself with this intent already in your life.
And as you keep your hand on your heart,
Allow this vision to play through your mind.
And now,
As this vision continues,
Say again to yourself,

And feel that now.
Feel that gratitude.
And as you hold that intention in your heart,
Teach your body emotionally what this feeling of receivership and gratitude feels like.

As you sit there at the roots of this ancient tree,
Look up at the skyline and observe the sky changing in the forest.
Imagine a glowing white light starting to get brighter and brighter.
This light represents the energy of the universe responding to your intention,
Affirming its place in your life.
And feel the warmth of this glowing white light as it becomes brighter,
Enveloping you and the forest around you.
This is the universe acknowledging your intent.
Its energy is harmonizing with your desire.
And as this light shines upon you,
Feel a sense of confirmation and assurance.
Your intention is not just a future possibility,
But a present reality in this energetic realm.
And as you sit here now,
Allow this warm light to envelop your entire state of being.
Feel it.
Be there with it.
And allow this light to symbolize the process of your intention,
Crystallizing now into fruition.
And just as this light grows stronger and more radiant,
So too does the presence of your intention in your life.
And feel its power.
Just embrace the emotions that this brings.
These elevated emotions are the signal to the universe,
Affirming that what it is that you seek to manifest is already here now,
In a state of receivership.
And as you feel that,
Just say thank you once more.
Feeling those words resonate with truth and certainty.

Gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership.
Gratitude is the magnet.
And just feel this gratitude flowing through your entire body.
And now,
As our journey nears its end,
Just slowly begin to bring your awareness back to this present moment.
Imagine the light from the forest slowly beginning to dim,
But the warmth and assurance remains within you.
And just gently start to become more aware of your physical surroundings as you sit here with me now.
Start to become aware and feel the surface beneath you.
And slowly start to move your fingers and toes.
And when you're ready,
Just slowly open your eyes,
Returning to the world around you,
But carrying with you the powerful feelings of gratitude that you've just felt.
And just take another deep breath in for me now,
In through your nose.
And as you exhale now,
Slowly know that you're stepping back into your day empowered with a heart full of gratitude.
And remember this feeling now as you move through your day or your night,
And let it guide your thoughts and actions.
And as I leave you now,
Just remember that you are a magnet for your desires,
And with gratitude you draw them closer each day.
