Welcome to the Power of Intention meditation.
Now before we get started,
Like I always say,
Please allow me just to take a couple of minutes to briefly explain the exact purpose of this meditation so you really understand how to use it.
So right now there's no right or wrong way to begin.
You can sit here or stand here with your eyes open or closed and once you've sat through this meditation,
Any future sitting,
You're more than welcome to skip over this introduction.
Now as you often hear me say,
There are really two secrets to remember when it comes to manifestation and sending out a signal to the universe.
The first is the thought or the vision for a future manifestation.
And the second secret is the feeling and the emotion attached to that thought.
So the real key there is to think about how would it feel when that thought of something that I seek to manifest comes to fruition.
And the combination of thinking and feeling is sending out a very powerful intention.
And you're sending that intent out to the universe which better understood is a unifying field of energy and information that's responding to your broadcast in the present moment at all times.
So the clearer the signal,
The easier it is for that field of intelligence to pick up and respond to and start showing you back or broadcasting back to you evidence of that manifestation.
Which you then might see as synchronicity,
Overhearing conversations or literally your manifestation coming to fruition in its entirety.
The unifying field is mirroring the broadcast that you're sending out in this very moment.
Now through the incredible research of the HeartMath Institute we know scientifically that the brain is very electrical in nature.
It produces electrical charges and the heart on the other hand produces magnetic charges.
So when we can combine both thinking and feeling I'd like you to think that you're sending out a really strong balanced and smooth coherent signal.
Now on the other hand if you were just thinking alone imagine that signal being relatively weak.
And also if you were thinking a thought about your future but feeling the opposite that signal would also become fairly incoherent or mixed.
Meaning that the signal being picked up by this unifying field would be a bit confusing is the easiest way to understand.
In fact the heart's electromagnetic field is around a hundred times stronger than the brain's.
So the purpose of this meditation is to combine the two.
To really get clear on the thought and feeling and send that intention together out into the field.
So before we actually begin just one more thing.
I'd like you to just take a moment to think about that intention.
Remember that intention is simply a vision or thought for your future.
It might be something you're actively working on right now.
A specific opportunity for example.
Or it might be something you're focused on manifesting a little bit further down the line.
There is no right or wrong here and through subsequent sessions you can absolutely mix up that intent.
So when you're ready in your own time we can begin.
Let's start now by just settling in.
Really allowing yourself to get comfortable and close your eyes.
And just imagine for a moment that you're really sinking into this moment with me now.
Just allowing your shoulders to drop.
And before we go any deeper I want you to imagine just in your mind's eye a large box or perhaps even a chest.
Something with a lid that can firmly close.
And I'd like you to imagine walking over to that chest.
And as you get closer I want you to imagine opening the chest or the box.
And whatever's currently on your mind.
Any worries,
Any thoughts about the day ahead,
Any tension you've been carrying.
Literally anything that might be on your mind.
That might distract you in this meditation.
And one by one just place them into that chest.
Just taking your time.
And when you've placed everything inside I want you to imagine firmly closing that lid and hearing it click shut.
And now once you've done that I want you to imagine walking back over to your safe spot.
Sitting back down knowing that everything that's on your mind has just been placed to one side.
You can return to it later but for now it's all safely stored away.
Allowing you now to drop right down into this present moment.
Right here.
Right now.
Okay so let's now imagine bringing your awareness to your body.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose.
And just hold.
And releasing it gently through your mouth.
Keep going.
And again breathing in through your nose filling your lungs completely.
And hold.
And releasing again through your mouth.
Letting go of any remaining tension.
And just keeping your eyes closed returning back to your normal breath.
And now bring your attention just to the top of your head.
And just notice any sensation there.
Allowing any tightness to soften.
And now let's imagine a wave of relaxation moving down across your forehead.
Just smoothing out any remaining tension.
And now bringing it down over your eyes.
And now just soften your jaw.
Just let your teeth part slightly.
Releasing any clenching you didn't even know you were holding.
And feel that relaxation pour down through your neck.
And across your shoulders.
Letting them drop away from your ears.
Now imagine sending that relaxation both down your arms.
All the way now.
All the way to your hands.
And all the way to your fingertips.
Just really feeling the top of your body beginning to relax.
Just feel the warmth in your hands.
That there is the relaxation.
Bring that warmth and that relaxation back across your arms and back over your shoulders.
And allow it now to slowly make its way over your chest and the top of your back.
Beginning to relax even more and more.
Feeling your chest and your back soften.
Down to your belly and your lower back.
Feeling it relax.
Letting it rise and fall naturally with each breath now.
Just feeling grounded and present here with me.
Sending that warmth of relaxation now down across the top of your legs.
Feel it now slowly going down over your knees.
And now down the remainder of your legs all the way down to your feet.
And feel that warmth now at the base of your feet and toes.
Just want you to imagine that warmth of relaxation.
Almost pulling you deeper now.
Deeper,
Deeper into the present moment.
And your whole body now,
From head to toe,
Is present and relaxed.
Fully here,
Fully now,
In this present moment.
So now,
I'd like you to imagine bringing your attention and your awareness to the center of your chest.
To your heart.
Just be there now.
And I want you to think of someone or something that you love deeply.
It might be a person,
A partner,
A child,
A parent,
Or a friend.
It might be a pet.
Whoever comes to mind first,
Stay with them.
Picture them now clearly.
See their face.
And begin to feel what it's like to be in their presence.
Just imagine bringing your attention to the center of your chest.
And that person into your space.
Just being with them now.
And notice what happens in your chest as you're there with them now.
Just spend a moment there with them.
And you're free now to tell that person.
Anything that you know they'd love to hear.
Say it now.
Be there with them and really notice how that feels in your chest.
Just teaching your body emotionally what this feels like.
And just breathe into that feeling in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
In through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
Just seeing that feeling grow all around them.
And just let that warmth radiate outward from your chest.
From your heart.
Filling your whole chest.
Perhaps even spreading to your arms and to your hands.
This is the magnetic field of your heart.
Awake,
Open and ready.
Now,
Keeping that heart open and that warmth alive.
Gently bring your attention up to your mind to the space behind your forehead.
And now call to mind your vision.
That thought that you chose before we began.
I want you to imagine that you're in a room.
I want you to now visualize being in that future now.
As if it's already happened.
As if you're already there.
Create a mental scene and be there.
Just follow me now.
Where are you?
Just look around.
What do you see?
Really use your sense of sight to notice this scene.
The colors,
The shapes and the details of this place.
And as you're there now,
What do you hear?
Perhaps voices,
Music,
Sounds of the environment around you.
Really use your sense of sound to also hear this intention.
And now,
What can you feel?
Perhaps you can feel the temperature,
The texture,
The light.
Perhaps it's gorgeous,
Perhaps someone's hand in yours.
Really use your sense of touch in your scene.
And now finally,
Let's bring in the remaining two senses.
What do you smell?
What do you taste?
Really using all five senses now to make this scene as vivid and real as you possibly can.
Now holding that image clearly in your mind,
I want you to gently imagine bringing it down to your heart center.
Imagine taking that entire scene,
Everything you just experienced,
Drawing it down from your head to the center of your chest.
And almost look down on this scene as if it's just outside of your heart.
And as you're seeing it,
I want you to now feel it.
How does it feel to see this intention?
How does it feel to be living in this manifested future?
What emotions arise for you as you look at it?
Just be there now.
Perhaps you're so proud of yourself and it's probably pride,
Perhaps it's joy,
Gratitude,
Peace,
Relief,
Or excitement.
Whatever it is,
Authentically allow yourself to feel it fully.
And as you're there now,
With this feeling and this thought,
Teach your body how this future feels.
Remember this feeling in your body.
This is the secret right here,
Right now,
In this moment.
Your heart is now holding both the vision and the feeling.
The electrical charge of your thought combined with the magnetic power of your emotion.
This right here is your signal.
And now,
I want you to almost imagine seeing your body lean back.
Imagine now,
Whatever it looks like for you,
Seeing this intention beautifully sent out from your heart center.
Watch it go now.
See it go.
See it expand out in every direction.
Imagine it moving beyond your body,
Filling the room around you,
Following it further still.
See this intention out into the world and now into your heart.
Into the field,
The unifying field of energy and information that connects all things.
You've sent the broadcast out.
And now,
As you see it go,
Trust that the field has received your signal.
And all we need to do now is simply trust.
Repeating after me,
It's done,
It's done,
It's done.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
You don't need to know how,
You don't need to figure it out.
Your only job is to send the signal clearly and coherently.
And that's exactly what you've just done.
So now,
Very gently,
Bring your awareness just back to your physical body.
Keeping that feeling in your heart,
But allow your attention to return to the present moment,
To your physical body and to your physical environment.
Feeling the weight of your body.
And just notice now your awareness coming back around.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And as you exhale,
You can begin to gently move your fingers and your toes.
And when you're ready,
In your own time,
You can allow your eyes to softly open.
So welcome back.
You've just sent a really powerful signal out into the field.
A thought backed by a real feeling is a very powerful intention.
So before you go,
I just want to share some final thoughts that might help you.
If you've done this meditation in the morning or anytime in the day,
The real key here is to stay in that feeling for as long as you can.
And if you get triggered by the day,
Just simply bring yourself back to that feeling.
That feeling is your future.
If you've done this meditation at the end of the day,
Then take that feeling through to your sleep.
And the real goal here now is just to simply trust the process.
People often ask me how often should I do this meditation,
Especially if it's for a specific intention.
So my advice is there really isn't any wrong or right answer to that.
If it's something small that perhaps you're hoping might manifest in the next few days or week,
Then my advice is maybe do it once or twice and let it go.
If it's a larger meditation,
Then there's no harm in returning every day,
Or perhaps you do it every few days and intersperse other meditations in between.
The real goal is that you no longer go looking for how it will manifest through your waking day.
You've done your job,
You've sent out a very powerful signal,
And all you need to do now is sit back and trust.
In divine time,
You will see it come to fruition.
