Welcome to this five minute grounding meditation.

Please keep your eyes open and allow me to just take a couple of short minutes to briefly explain the purpose of this type of meditation,
Exactly how to use it and the ideal time to use it throughout your day.
Now,
I built this meditation to be a perfect tool for you to have at your disposal throughout your day,
Whenever you need it.
And it's designed to just be five minutes to simply help you reclaim your energy at any moment.
Now,
Personally,
Myself,
I sometimes turn to this meditation several times a day,
Whether it's because I've been triggered by something,
Whether it's because something's weighing on my mind,
Or sometimes simply when I need to find more balance,
And center myself back into the present moment.
Now,
Also there are people in our lives that I often refer to as energy thieves,
And these thieves at any moment can steal our energy.
And that's because where we place our attention is where we're placing our energy.
So it's really crucial to safeguard this energy and bring it back to the present moment.
Now,
Throughout these five minutes,
I'm going to show you the power of grounding by simply connecting to the earth.
And you don't need to do that with bare feet.
You can do it at any point in your day.
And simply by having your feet firmly on the ground,
You can center yourself and fill up your energy tank,
Bringing yourself back to the present moment.
So whenever you feel the need for this kind of grounding,
This meditation is going to be your go-to tool and resource.
And let's not forget on our journey to manifest our best lives,
It always starts in the present moment.
So this meditation is key to bringing yourself back to the present moment,
But also crucial as your point of power.
So with that said,
I really hope you enjoy this short five minute meditation.
To start this grounding meditation,
Find a spot across the room or where you are standing and just gently allow your eyes to rest naturally.
And as you're standing here or sitting here,
Focus on this point with a relaxed and present gaze.
Breathe in deeply,
Feeling fully present behind your eyes.
And now just gently close them.
Just begin to visualize yourself inside a serene,
Secure glass elevator.
And now imagine pressing the button to open the door.
Press the button to begin your descent.
And as the elevator begins to move down,
Feel yourself going deeper into a state of relaxation.
Descending level by level,
Down,
Down,
Down.
And when the elevator reaches your chosen level of grounding,
Visualize the doors opening slowly.
And as they do feel a warm,
Nurturing light,
Gradually enveloping you.
And step outside of the elevator into this light.
And feel the solid ground under your feet and sense a strong connection with the earth.
And as the elevator door gently closes behind you,
It leaves you in this space of profound peace and grounding.
And now just take a moment to embrace this new level of grounding.
Feeling your energy field beginning to expand,
Radiating vitality and connection to the earth.
And now tune into your energy field and begin to draw your attention back from the external world,
The people,
The places and the events.
And as you breathe in now through your nose,
Imagine retrieving scattered pieces of your energy,
Slowly pulling them into your lungs and just hold.
And on your exhale,
Feel that energy spreading throughout your body,
Grounding you into this present moment.
And now just imagine slowly filling up your energy tank back up from 10%,
30%,
50% and halfway full,
70%,
90%,
Until you are 100% full,
Radiating vibrant energy and feeling completely grounded.
And now just shift your attention and your focus to your root chakra at the base of your spine.
And imagine roots from a tree extending down,
Moving deeper and deeper,
Connecting you to the center of the earth.
And if you feel any discomfort or tightness in your body,
Simply visualize it flowing downward away from you and into the earth with each breath,
Feeling more and more relaxed,
More and more present and grounded into this moment.
And with a gentle smile,
Just appreciate your body and say silently to yourself,
I love being in my body.
I love being grounded and present.
And just keeping your eyes closed,
Recall the spot you were gazing at earlier and take one more deep breath and then gently open your eyes,
Feeling grounded,
Present and deeply aware of your body.
And now as you move on with your day,
Hold on to this feeling of fullness and connection,
Using it as a source of strength and balance.
