Welcome to day one of the Manifestation Challenge here on Insight Timer.

Over the next 10 days,

You'll get clear on what you truly want,

Release what stands in the way,

And begin taking small,

Intentional steps towards a life you imagine.

Enjoy today's session.

Welcome to day one of this challenge.

I'm Matt Cook,

And I'm so glad that you're here.

Today is about creating clarity,

And clarity is the foundation that will carry you through the rest of this challenge.

When you're clear,

You give your energy and the universe something to align with.

So,

Let's ground ourselves in what manifestation really means.

Manifestation is the deliberate act of bringing something you desire into the physical world through your thoughts,

Your feelings,

And your actions.

It's focused attention,

Aligned energy,

And intentional steps towards your outcome.

Here's something really important.

Wanting is always where we begin,

But if you think about the word itself,

Want literally means I don't have.

The key throughout this challenge is to get clear on what you want,

Which is your intention and that vision for your future,

And then move beyond wanting into a state of already having.

That's where alignment and magic really happens.

And that's exactly what we're going to practice today.

With that said,

Let's now begin.

If you haven't done so already,

Just close your eyes and just take a nice,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Holding that gently.

And then slowly exhaling through your mouth,

Allowing your shoulders to drop,

Really arriving here in this moment.

And just returning back to your normal breath.

Just follow my guidance.

And then just naturally now start to bring to mind one clear goal you'd love to manifest over the next 10 days.

It can be simple,

It can be achievable,

Or it can even be something you're already seeking right now.

Maybe it's committing to a daily practice,

Feeling calmer and more grounded,

Making progress on a project that matters to you,

Or even something fun you'd love to see unfold in the next 10 days.

Trust whatever comes to mind is perfect for you.

Now,

What I want you to do is visualize yourself at the end of those 10 days.

Bring up a scene where it's already manifested.

Just see yourself now,

Having followed through,

Being in that scene,

Really stepping into that version of you.

And as you're there now,

Just notice what's around you,

The space,

The people,

And the environment.

Allow yourself to fully be there now,

As though it's already happened.

This is the real secret of manifestation,

Not just seeing the vision,

But really embodying the energy of already having it.

And from this place,

Let's now create a clear,

Simple statement to affirm in your mind.

Over the next 10 days,

I am focusing on.

.

.

And then just trust whatever word appears for you.

Really seeing this as your anchor.

Now,

Just as we wrap this session,

Just take one more deep breath in through your nose,

Just holding,

And slowly exhale.

And now as you open your eyes,

You may want to write down your manifestation statement,

Or simply hold it in your awareness.

And if you do feel comfortable,

Share it in the challenge forum.

Declaring it not only strengthens your commitment,

But also inspires others.

And remember,

Manifestation isn't about faking it until you make it.

It's about feeling it until you make it.

Tomorrow,

In day two,

You'll take this vision out of your head and into your body,

So you can feel it as if it's already real.
