Matt Albury (Mattie) (He/Him)

Matt works as a Workplace Wellbeing Chaplain; and is also a Meditation and Yoga Teacher in Bristol, UK. He is trained, accredited and registred as a meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation (BSoM) and also holds a 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Certificate with the Independent Yoga Network (IYN). As part the support he offers to people in the workplace, he hosts free 'meditation drop-in' spaces and courses at lunchtimes. Matt also volunteers as a yoga teacher at HMP Bristol, a local men's prison. He has had a daily self practice since 2014.
