Transcript

Welcome to this meditation for releasing pent-up emotions that may leave us feeling agitated,

Stuck,

Or overwhelmed.

Let's begin by acknowledging this present moment.

I invite you to follow these words with me in your own way,

Perhaps by just listening to them or by repeating them using your internal or external voice.

I am here.

It is now.

Breathing in,

I am here.

Breathing out,

It is now.

From here,

You may begin to notice the sensations in your body dropping into the feeling of being supported by the earth.

You may begin to relax in your own way.

Perhaps it is by releasing your shoulders down your back or softening your face,

Your throat,

Or your abdomen.

Notice in this moment what is here now.

This information may come in the form of a physical sensation,

As in a tightness in the chest,

Or in the form of a mental or emotional restless,

Sad,

Angry,

Resentful feeling,

Or something else.

Allow the moment to unfold as it is without judgment.

Just listen.

Breathe.

Be here and now.

When we are able to name the truth and acknowledge where we are at,

We have a starting point to begin from.

Inviting a deep breath and letting it go.

Imagine sending some space and opening to your body,

Your mind.

Energy that is not serving us and has become stuck here is welcome to soften and release,

Bit by bit.

This feeling may remain as a temporary state,

Or it may shift toward release in the form of forgiveness.

Letting go.

One breath at a time.

Letting go.

From acknowledgement,

The possibility of loving acceptance may arise.

I am here.

It is now.
