Thank you for inviting me in today.

We are not here by accident.

We are here by divine appointment.

Breathe deeply,

Experience completely,

And feel freely.

Take a delicious deep cleansing breath,

Then another,

And then a final cleansing breath,

And settle,

Nestle into your meditation space.

We will utilize your natural breathing today.

And if there is a feeling that you are experiencing and want to release,

Just exhale longer than you inhale.

Let this feeling bubble up and be your teacher.

Center on an aspect of your life where there is great joy or love,

Like a person whom you love or an experience you have had that brought you great joy.

Rest in this feeling and know that you are loved.

Just as you feel love and joy with this person or experience,

Allow it to experience you.

We do this to center ourselves into our heart,

The place of deep feeling and love.

Once centered into this feeling,

We are receptive to all that we need in our meditation experience today.

Allow yourself to feel the purpose of our focus together and become open to whatever it is you need right now.

What does this present moment look like?

Sound like,

Taste like,

Feel like,

And smell like.

Send light to your heart center.

Observe the light spreading to every cell of your body.

Affirm for yourself,

May I be well.

May I be free from pain and suffering.

May I be happy.

On the out breath,

Imagine a white light radiating outward from your heart.

Affirm,

I appreciate the kindness and love of all loving creatures.

May all others be well.

Affirm this for your loved ones,

Your family,

The beautiful souls that you hold dear.

May we be well.

May you be free from pain and suffering and may you be happy.

Now affirm this for your good friends.

May you be well.

May you be free from pain and suffering and may you be happy.

Envision your acquaintances,

People you may work with,

People that serve you and that may know very little about you.

May you be well.

May you be free from suffering and may you be happy.

Once again on the out breath,

Imagine a white light radiating outward from your heart,

Sending loving kindness all around you.

And now affirm this for people that you actively dislike.

May you be well.

May you be free from pain and suffering.

May you be happy.

Go to the center of you,

In the quiet of you,

In the stillness and I will meet you on the other side.

A few moments of silence.

Know that you are more powerful beyond your deepest dreams.

You are the very essence of the wholeness you seek.

You are the aliveness you are seeking.

You know what you need.

You go deep inside your soul and ask and you get the answers you are seeking.

You are the perfect embodiment of you.

You are loved.

Now bring your attention around behind your eyes and into your meditation space.

Move those bones in your fingers and toes and allow gentle movement into your body.

Open your eyes when you are ready.

Know that you are loved.
