When we think that we are at our darkest moment and we feel there is no way out we do have an option open to us. We can call on our strength within. We can go deep within the stillness to claim the light within. Spend just five minutes to go from darkness to the light.

You are not here by accident.

You are here by divine appointment.

Breathe deeply,

Experience completely,

Feel freely,

And allow my words to become your words.

When it seems that everything is dark and my heart is hurting,

When I feel isolated,

Alone,

And lonely,

It is easy to feel that pain.

When I think there is no way out and no one to turn to,

I ask for strength and compassion from a greater source.

I call upon this greater source now to allow me to realize that the power of this darkness is not mine and I am not separate from spirit.

There is a divine presence within me that supports me and I seek that strength now.

That compassion is mine and I claim the reality that when I experience darkness,

I can also experience the reality of light.

When I am feeling in despair,

I can look towards the light.

I know that in my stillness,

I can always call upon the strength within myself to reach for that light.

In that stillness,

Allow yourself to hear what it is you need to hear in the stillness and I will see you on the other side.

Thank you.

In this practice of stillness,

We allow ourselves to go from the dark to the light,

Knowing that we can lighten our heart as we let the spirit in,

As the divine takes over with us and leads us to where we need to be.

Knowing this,

I know that I can always call upon that strength within me to reach for that light.

I am walking in the divine tunnel of light,

Away from the great expanse of darkness.

And how do you feel?

May you know that you are loved.
