Welcome.
And thank you for meditating with me today.
In our practice today.
You will be held.
And divine light.
And the crystal tones of my sound healing bowls.
To support you.
And love you.
Filled with compassion.
For the burdens that you have had to carry.
So let's get really comfortable.
And gently close your eyes.
As we begin this meditation with some crystal tones.
Start taking some long slow deep breaths.
And inhale for the silent count of five.
And exhale to the silent count of seven.
Be here right now with your breath.
Feel your breath in your body.
Feel it in your chest.
And in your belly.
And with your exhale,
Let everything go.
Breathing into this very moment in time.
And exhaling,
Letting go of any expectations.
Know that there's nothing you need to fix right now.
Nothing you need to figure out.
And nothing you need to carry for these next few moments.
Breathing in peace.
And breathing out tension.
Simply allow yourself to be here.
Letting go of anything you did before our moment together.
And anything you're going to do after.
And simply be here right now.
Returning now to your regular breath.
With its natural rhythm and depth.
And I invite you to visualize and use your imagination.
And visualize a beautiful golden light.
Flowing down from the heavens above.
This is a light of divine love.
A light of grace.
A light that knows exactly what is needed.
This loving light is here to support you.
And the warm glowing light.
Surrounds you.
And comforts you.
Imagine the warm light swirling right above your head.
And it starts to enter the crown chakra right above your head.
And the light connects you with divine wisdom.
The light is relaxing your scalp.
And flowing through your mind.
Relaxing and releasing all of your worries.
Relieving you of any fears.
The light enters your third eye chakra right at your forehead.
And you trust your intuition.
Because the light gives you an inner knowing.
And inner truth.
The light is gently flowing down your face.
Relaxing your cheeks.
And your ears.
The warm liquid light is in your mouth.
And gently releasing your jaw.
And perhaps you tuck your chin ever so slightly.
So the back of your neck.
Is alignment with your spine.
Feel the light.
Start to penetrate your throat chakra.
The light is illuminating your throat chakra.
So that you can speak clearly.
Freely.
And authentically your truth at all times.
Feel the light.
Relaxing your shoulders and dropping down your arms,
Flowing through your hands.
This divine light wraps you like a blanket.
And it enters your chest.
Filling your heart with so much unconditional love.
And compassion.
Fill in your heart.
With so much light.
That it releases that heartache that you've been carrying.
Releasing tension and fear.
You feel comforted by this healing light.
And the light continues to flow down to your ribcage.
Entering.
.
.
Your solar plexus right in between your ribs.
The light illuminates your solar plexus.
So you can walk in power.
And purpose.
The light continues to flow down your torso.
Rejuvenating and revitalizing all of your cells.
Your tissues and your organs.
The light gently flows down below your belly button.
And ignites your sacral chakra.
Igniting your creativity.
Your passion,
Your joy,
And your playfulness.
The light flows down to the base of your spine.
Opening up your root chakra.
And connecting you to Mother Earth.
Who nourishes and provides for you.
Feel the connection of Mother Earth.
As the light flows down your legs.
Entering your feet.
And it continues to flow down.
Deep into the earth.
Deep into the core.
And the light from the heavens above connects you to the light,
The crystalline core of the earth.
And the light down below into the deep earth core.
Comes back up.
Flowing through all of your energy centers in your body.
Back up to the sky.
Heaven and earth.
Is connected in light.
Your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
Is surrounded by the light.
And you are surrounded by love.
You are held.
And supported.
And you no longer carry your worries alone.
Bring your awareness back to your heart.
Notice if there's a heaviness there.
A burden that you've been carrying.
Worry.
Uncertainty.
Waiting for things to change.
And the grief of loving someone who's struggling.
The feeling of responsibility.
Not knowing what comes next.
Take another slow breath in.
And as you breathe out.
Simply acknowledge that this has been hard.
You have felt afraid.
Afraid of what tomorrow might bring.
Afraid that things may never improve.
And you may have felt helpless.
Wanting to fix.
Wanting control.
And wanting to make things better.
And you've wanted to carry.
Someone else's pain so they would not have to suffer.
Feel the light comforting you.
Giving you rest.
As you have felt exhausted.
Exhausted from worrying.
From being strong.
Exhausted from carrying responsibilities.
That others may never see.
Perhaps there have been moments when you felt completely alone.
Moments when your heart was aching.
And no one knew.
You felt isolated because it seemed like no one would truly understand what you're carrying.
So afraid that you just couldn't speak.
Take a breath now and know that you're not alone.
Across this world are countless people carrying burdens of their own.
So many of us have carried it.
And cried in silence.
Stayed awake at night worrying prayed for healing.
And hoping for a miracle.
So many times wondering if we'll have the strength to hold on.
But imagine now that all of us are surrounding you now in a great circle of compassion.
We see you.
And we understand you.
And honor your courage and your love.
And we whisper.
You do not need to carry this alone.
Feel our support.
Feel the Earth supporting you.
Feel divine love surrounding you.
And allow the burden to become just a little lighter.
Not because everything has changed.
But because you no longer have to carry it by yourself.
Bring in your awareness once again to your heart.
And notice anything you've been holding against yourself.
Any guilt blame.
Regret.
Any belief that you should have done more or known more.
But acknowledge this to yourself.
You have done the best that you could.
And saying to yourself.
I release guilt.
Let your heart soften.
Saying to yourself.
I release any blame.
I release self-judgment.
And I release the belief that I must carry everything alone.
Take a breath.
And allow compassion to flow towards yourself.
Offering yourself the same kindness you would offer a friend.
Allow compassion to flow through you.
Now imagine holding your burden in your hands.
Perhaps it appears as a stone.
A heavy heart.
Or simply a feeling.
Notice its shape.
Its texture.
And its weight.
And now imagine.
A loving divine presence standing before you.
And feel the presence radiating compassion.
Radiating wisdom.
And radiating peace.
Gently place your burden into these loving hands.
You do not need to carry it alone anymore.
Watch as the burden is surrounded by golden light.
Held with perfect love.
And held with a perfect understanding.
And silently say to yourself.
I surrender what I cannot control.
I release what is not mine to carry.
I trust that I'm supported.
I trust that healing is possible.
And I trust that light remains present.
Even when I cannot see it.
Focusing on your heart.
And feel your breath moving gently in and out.
Feel the rhythm of your life.
Feel the strength that has carried you this far.
The love that continues to live within you.
Take a moment to honor yourself.
For caring so deeply.
For loving.
And for continuing to show up every day.
Silently repeat to yourself.
I am supported.
I am hell.
I am loved.
I am stronger than I know.
I allow myself to rest.
And I allow myself to receive peace.
Imagine your entire body surrounded by a beautiful sphere of golden light.
Your body is held in this light.
A light of peace.
A light of protection.
And a light of hope.
Allow this light to fill every cell of your being.
And feel the frequency and vibration of the crystals run through your veins.
Knowing that healing has come.
Peace has returned.
And you are held in compassion and love.
Know that you are never alone.
There is always divine light supporting you.
You can call on that light anytime.
For comfort and peace.
