My name is Mary Kay Owen and I am so grateful that you chose to meditate with me today.
Today we will be doing a healing light opening heart meditation and so I invite you to get very comfortable in a spot where you will not be disturbed.
Getting very comfortable in your chair or laying down and closing your eyes to avoid any outside distractions.
Arriving into this experience by paying attention to your breath,
Taking some long slow deep breaths.
Breathing in to become fully present and exhaling,
Having a beginner's mind for this experience.
Breathing in to surrender to this moment right here right now and exhaling letting go of any expectations.
Breathing in to become fully present and exhaling letting go of anything you did before this meditation,
Anything that you're going to do after.
Just let that all go.
Breathing in,
Giving yourself some space and time for your own healing,
For your opening of your heart and surrendering to healing light.
Exhaling and letting go of any tension,
Any stress,
Any fears.
Taking long slow deep breaths is a signal for our body to relax and our nervous system to calm down.
Breathing in to this present moment and exhaling letting everything go.
Returning now to your regular breath with its natural rhythm and depth and notice how you are feeling right now.
How do you feel physically and emotionally?
Just tuning in,
Being completely present amongst your own feelings,
Your body's sensations,
How you're feeling with your mental activity.
Knowing that when we meditate you will have thoughts but you just let them go and you come back to what we are focusing on at this moment.
Focusing on healing light,
Focusing on opening our heart and just let that thought go.
Be kind to yourself and just surrender into this meditation.
We are here to relax,
Release and nourish our mind and body.
Just breathing in and out with your regular breath.
I invite you to visualize a white healing light that's cascading down from the heavens showering all upon us.
This beautiful warm white healing light is pouring down upon us like raindrops.
Warm,
Comforting,
Peaceful raindrops that are filled with unconditional love,
Compassion,
Peace and kindness.
Feel the warm healing raindrops entering the top of your head.
As they melt into the top of your head,
They're relaxing your scalp and your forehead,
Trickling down and softening your eyes and all the muscles around your eyes.
Warm healing light relaxing your cheeks and your ears,
Hydrating your mouth and your tongue,
Unclenching your jaw and perhaps tucking your chin ever so slightly so the back of your neck is in alignment with your spine.
Warm healing light flows down your neck.
It releases any tension in your neck and any of the muscles in your neck,
Dropping your shoulders from your ears.
This healing light is flowing down your arms,
Swirling around your elbows and entering into your hands,
Dripping off each one of your fingers.
This peaceful warm healing light is wrapping you like a blanket as it relaxes your upper back and your mid and lower back.
This healing light that is so full of compassion and kindness and love is also filled with passion,
Bliss and joy as it enters your heart and expands more and more with each heartbeat.
It expands more and more with each breath.
Warm healing light is penetrating each one of your cells,
In your tissues,
In your organs,
Revitalizing you,
Nourishing you,
Relaxing your hips and your pelvis as it flows down your legs and just melts your thighs into whatever you're sitting or laying on.
Flowing down your legs,
Wrapping around your knees and flowing down your calves,
Entering your feet and dripping off each one of your toes.
Receive this light,
Inviting ease and comfort into your body with every breath.
Saturated by this light,
Let it permeate every inch of your body,
Every cell of your being.
This liquid light hydrates your heart and your heart is opening,
Softening.
Your heart is healing,
Cleansing,
Restoring,
Releasing and supported in this light.
Feel the peace and calm of the light and your heart is filled with love.
We are now going to invite some angels to support us,
The healing angels that are always there,
Always with us and all they want you to do is ask for their support because they are standing by,
Waiting to be of service to you.
So visualize this luminous light filling up this room as we invite the angels to be with us for our highest good,
Focusing your attention on your heart and sensing the energy of divine love of our angels,
Letting go of our fears and opening up more and more to love,
More to joy and peace.
Simply drop deeper into a place of pure receiving,
Pure experience and sink into the energy that we share together and receive deep healing as our hearts are open,
Surrendering into this warm,
Hydrating liquid light,
Connecting to the sacred energy and opening up to deep healing.
Breathe into the warmth and passion surrounding our hearts,
Retreating into harmonization and balance of your natural essence as you are a heart-centered being,
Creating joy and magic and activating your natural state of being which is love,
Opening your heart more and more with each breath and ask yourself,
What do you want to open your heart to?

Maybe more clarity,
More understanding,
More compassion,
Forgiveness,
Peace.
What does your heart want to receive today?
Opening your heart to your passion,
Your joy and your bliss.
Breathe deeply in and out of your heart,
Feeling the warmth of your breath,
Igniting the fire within.
Your passion and love illuminating your inner being,
Radiating it out.
Know that you are perfect as you are and you're exactly where you should be.
Keep breathing and dissolve into the universe,
Realizing your whole heart,
Your whole being is filled with all the stars and the cosmos.
Your heart is generating a powerful field,
Emitting this love and positive energy into the atmosphere.
As your heart beats in harmony and rhythm,
Bathe in this light,
Allow the energy of deep gratitude to flow throughout your body.
Visualize all that you are grateful for in this energy of gratitude and harmonization,
Allowing you to go even deeper.
Being grateful for all the lessons you have learned and being grateful for all that is yet to come.
Grateful for the times of courage you have moved through and the gifts and treasures that await you.
Vibrating in this light and pure frequency of bliss,
From the healing light cascading down from the heavens that is saturated every single cell,
From the healing light of our divine angels that are always with us,
Supporting us.
This pure frequency of bliss,
Let it saturate your body with this frequency.
Taking time in this light-filled atmosphere of pure gratitude and bliss,
Divine delicious truth,
Energies of joy,
Empowerment,
Grace,
And ease.
With each sacred breath,
We are supported.
We are supported in a circle of love and encouragement,
Feeling that deep saturation of this high frequency energy in every cell of our body.
Vibrating with the support of the angels and the energy of gratitude as we move through the vibrations of sound.
There is a light that shines forever hidden deep in within our hearts.
With every breath we take,
It is sacred.
Feel its presence because there's a song that sounds forever all the way to space and time.
Hear it calling from my heart right into yours.
Breathing in and out and paying attention to your breath.
Come back to your physical body and just take a few moments to let this healing meditation integrate into your cells,
Tissues,
And organs.
Connecting to your body and all the physical sensations.
Breathing in and out and perhaps noticing a gentle shift in your perspective.
Giving yourself gratitude for coming to this place and time to cultivate a little more peace,
Balance,
And harmony.
Emerging from this meditation,
You can gently move your fingers and toes.
