Thank you for joining me here today for a loving kindness meditation,

Where we offer love kindness,

Just getting really comfortable in your chair and closing your eyes,

Just going within,

Closing your eyes and go inward.

Taking some nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Inhaling to this present moment,

Right here,

Right now,

And exhaling and letting everything go.

Everything you did before this meditation,

Anything you have to do after.

Inhaling to this moment,

Simply just be right here.

And exhaling,

Letting go of any stress,

Any tensions,

Any fears.

Inhaling to this moment in time.

Exhaling and letting go of any expectation.

Inhaling and just be.

Exhaling and letting go of any lingering tension.

And just breathe.

Now just returning to your regular breath.

Natural rhythm and depth.

I invite you to visualize white healing light cascading down from the heavens and it's showering down upon us.

And this white healing light is filled with love,

Compassion,

Forgiveness,

White healing raindrops,

Warm liquid light.

Warm liquid light enters the top of our head.

It relaxes our scalp and our forehead.

Trickling down our face and softening our eyes and all the muscles around our eyes.

Warm liquid light trickling down our face and relaxing our cheeks and our ears.

Relaxing our mouth and our tongue.

Perhaps unclenching your jaw.

Warm healing peaceful light flowing down our neck and relaxing all the muscles around the neck and tucking our chin ever so slightly so the back of our neck is in alignment with our spine.

Healing peaceful warm light is dropping our shoulders from our ears.

Flowing down our arms.

Entering our hands and dripping off each one of our fingers.

Healing liquid light flowing down our back and gently releasing any tension from our upper back.

As this peaceful healing light enters our chest,

It expands more and more with each heartbeat.

Expands more and more with each breath.

Saturating our cells,

Our tissues and our organs.

Revitalizing and nourishing our body.

Healing peaceful light flowing down our hips and melting our thighs to a chair.

Flowing down our legs,

Our calves and entering our feet.

Healing peaceful light is dripping off each one of our toes.

Surrender into this light.

Cleansed and healed by this liquid light that's showering down from the heavens upon us.

This liquid light that is infused with love,

Kindness.

Bathed in this liquid light from the heavens above,

I invite you now to visualize people that you love.

Visualize someone or a few people that you love and visualize them being right there in front of you.

Looking into their eyes and we'll continue with this loving kindness practice.

So visualizing those that you love right in front of you and from your heart to theirs,

Silently saying to them,

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be free from suffering.

May you be healthy.

May you be free from suffering with all this peaceful comforting healing light from your heart to theirs.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be free from suffering.

Blessed with your loving intention,

Your compassion and kindness.

And now offering this loving kindness to yourself with all the love that you have cultivated and shared with others.

Saying to yourself,

May I be healthy.

May I be free from suffering.

May I be healthy.

May I be happy.

May I be free from suffering.

With so much love pouring down from the heavens above.

Saying to yourself,

May I be healthy.

May I be happy.

May I be free from suffering.

Blessed by all the healing light from the heavens above.

I invite you now to picture someone you know or several people that you know that may be suffering right now because of health issues or a loss of a loved one for any type of reason,

For a loss of a job.

Anyone you know right now that is suffering.

Picturing all these people in front of you.

Looking right into their eyes and from your heart to theirs.

Silently saying to them,

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be free from suffering.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be free from suffering.

With all this peaceful loving compassion from your heart to theirs.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you be free from suffering.

Blessed by this healing light and your loving intention from your heart to theirs.

I invite you all now to offer this to everyone in the room and let it flow out to the neighborhood,

To the community,

To everyone in the world who needs good health and peace and to be free from suffering.

So letting this flow out to the world and silently saying,

May all beings be healthy.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be free of suffering.

Cultivated so much love and healing light that has come down from the heavens above and intermingled into our hearts to theirs.

May all beings be healthy.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be free from suffering.

The world can benefit from your loving kindness,

Intention,

And compassion towards others.

May all beings be healthy.

May all beings be happy.

Blessed by your loving heart,

The peace in your heart,

The compassion that you have for others.

This world is a better place with your loving kindness and intention,

Soul by soul,

Heart by heart.

And now I would invite you to focus on what you're grateful for.

Thinking about what are you grateful for in your life.

And with each inhale,

Breathing in what you're grateful for.

And with each exhale,

Sending out that vibration of Thanksgiving.

Breathing in what you're grateful for.

And exhaling that vibration of Thanksgiving.

Vibration of Thanksgiving.

Basking in this light and focusing on our gratitude.

As we move on to a little bit of sound healing vibration.

As you let the sound healing just vibrate into your cells.

To your cells.

Guru Dev.

Sitting on the water beyond time away.

The rain is pouring.

Mother Earth takes in the rain.

Like your heart takes in mine.

Let us free each other.

With our prayers and with our love.

There can be no despair in the light.

The light shines in the darkness and the light overcomes.

Go out and spread your magnificent light.

Breathing in and out.

And paying attention to your breath.

Becoming aware of your physical body.

And just taking a few minutes to let this healing meditation integrate into your cells,

Tissues and organs.

Connecting to your body and the physical sensations.

Breathing in and out and perhaps noticing a gentle shift in your perspective.

Giving yourself gratitude for coming to this place and time.

To cultivate a little more peace,

Balance and harmony.

Coming back to your physical body and starting to move ever so gently.

Wiggling some fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes.
