Be seated comfortably. Have at hand two sheets of blank paper, some colored pencils, crayons or textas. Create a circle on the sheet of paper, and begin to draw within the circle those emotions that are seeking release and movement. This process is designed to shift your energy around a situation that is troubling you at this time, by tapping into your intuition and subconscious and using a circle or mandala to help with your transformation and healing.
