Today we are going to set our intentions for the week.
I hope that you are in a place that feels sacred,
That feels secure,
That you can really relax into this guided practice.
So if you need to,
Go ahead and push pause,
Close the door,
Light a candle,
Do whatever it is that you need in order to really be fully present with yourself,
Fully present with your heart.
And once you've done that,
Go ahead and make yourself really comfortable wherever you are.
So you're welcome to lay down,
You're also welcome to sit,
But wherever you are,
Just make sure you are very comfortable.
So perhaps you want to roll your neck,
Your shoulders,
Maybe even roll your ankles,
Your wrists.
And when you're ready,
Go ahead and bring your eyelids down.
And you can choose whether or not you would like your palms facing up or down.
Up is a position of receiving,
Down is a position of grounding.
So just tune in,
What do you need right now?
To be uplifted,
To be in receiving,
Or to be pulled down to your roots and grounded.
Make sure your feet,
If you are sitting,
Are flat on the floor,
Legs uncrossed.
And let us begin,
As we always do,
With taking these long,
Deep breaths through the nose.
Just noticing,
Noticing the depth of our breath.
Noticing how our ribs expand and contract.
And gracefully elongating the breath so that we really feel the belly rise and fall with each inhale and with each exhale.
And with each exhale,
Allowing your body to relax,
Your face,
Your shoulders.
Just really feeling it,
Almost like it's dripping down into full relaxation.
And once you feel that sense of inner harmony,
Inner peace,
Take your hands and bring them to your queen,
To your heart.
Feel the beating of your heart in your hand.
And send your breath to your heart.
And now that you have a deeper connection with this incredible source of life within you,
Bow your head slightly towards her in gratitude.
And ask her,
What is your greatest intention for me this week?
Where am I in alignment?
And where do I need to set boundaries?
What opportunities exist for me in living my greatest sense of purpose this week?
What relationships or experiences don't serve me that I have the opportunity to change this week?
What relationships and experiences do serve me that I have the chance to protect this week?
Now visualize yourself moving through the week in complete alignment.
What does it feel like?
What does it look like?
And what power do you have to ensure this is your experience?
Once you've identified that feeling,
Allow it to flood your body as if this has already happened,
All the way from the tippy top of your head to the very bottom of your toes.
Feel that feeling right now,
Really taking over every single cell.
Breathe it in and breathe out anything that is not in alignment with that feeling.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly bring yourself back.
By repeating,
I'm aware of my inhale.
I'm aware of my exhale.
Gently roll the neck,
The shoulders.
You can release the hands.
Start to blink your eyes open.
And once you're back,
Write your intentions down.
Write your intentions down.
What three things that your heart helped you to eliminate are the most important for you this week?
Write them down.
Give them the power of your heart and set your boundaries so that you can ensure those intentions come to life.
And when you're finding your energy is off,
Perhaps you are wanting to pause and reflect.

To see where were you in or out of alignment,
To make note of it so that next week when you come back to do this practice,
You can read that to yourself.

Tuning in to this beautiful heart and to your soul and making aligned choices for your well-being.
