This is your special guided practice.
Anytime you're either in the vortex or you feel yourself beginning to fall.
The loving reminder of the truth so that you can release the stories that aren't serving you and replace them with ones that are,
Knowing that they are in fact the truth.
Let's begin with rolling your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your wrists,
Your ankles,
Allowing yourself to slow down and be present with what is.
No judgment required.
And if you haven't yet,
You can close your eyes or gaze down and just begin to elongate your breath,
Breathing in and out through your nose,
Sending your breath down to your belly,
Slowing down,
Allowing yourself to be present in this moment.
On your in-breath,
I invite you to breathe in peace.
And on your out-breath,
Breathe out stress.
Just beginning with a light body scan at the top of your head,
Making your way down to your feet and noticing as you go along if there's any messages for you that your body has.
So as you scan,
If there is a specific sensation that's calling you,
You can slow down there and ask,
What message do you have for me?
And softening along the way.
So beginning with your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your jaw,
Your neck,
Allowing your shoulders to drop,
The tops of your arms,
Bottoms of your arms,
Your hands and fingers,
Softening in your chest,
Your belly,
Your back,
Your seat,
Tops of your legs,
Bottoms of your legs,
Down to your feet and your toes.
Just noticing what messages your body may have and listening from a place of love and compassion and gratitude,
Knowing that your body is the keeper of your soul and has so much wisdom for you when you slow down and listen.
On your next in-breath,
I invite you to bring your hand into your heart space,
Really feeling the beating of your heart.
Just allowing for whatever is coming forward in your mind to have its place,
Whether that's fear or scarcity or lack,
Feeling a sense of being out of control,
Like you're carrying the weight of the world.
Whatever it is that you're feeling is okay.
If it would serve you,
I invite you to create a circle with your hand,
Almost as if you were rubbing someone's back,
But doing that for yourself around your heart space.
Just feeling yourself,
Giving yourself this love,
Knowing that it's okay to have these feelings and it's also okay to forgive yourself for them and choose again.
So I invite you now to go one by one,
Noticing the story,
Forgiving yourself and choosing again.
So if you have the story of I'm out of control,
Allow yourself to feel that truth and then forgive yourself.
I'm sorry that I keep telling myself I'm out of control.
I forgive myself for having that feeling and then choose again.
I am so grateful that I can ground myself whenever I need to.
I am in full control of my emotional experience.
I will keep choosing again.
Breathing deeply into these truths,
Rubbing on your heart as long as it serves you,
Just continuing to go through whatever worries and fears are coming up.
If you have the fear that you have to figure this out on your own,
That you're all alone in this experience,
That's okay.
You're allowed to feel that.
Allow it to be what it is.
Rub on your heart and then forgive yourself.
I'm sorry that I told you that you were alone.
I'm sorry that I made you believe that you had to figure this all out in silence.
And now choose again.
You are absolutely not alone.
You are surrounded by those who love and support you.
This is your invitation to ask for what you need.
To allow others to step forward and support you in the way that you support them.
The only way that I can be alone is if I choose to be.
Opening yourself up not only to the physical beings that are here to support you,
But also the spirit realm,
Your guides,
And all the wisdom that is always here for you to access by just slowing down,
Tuning in,
Forgiving yourself,
And choosing again.
I invite you now to go through each one of the stories that aren't serving you.
Forgive yourself and then choose another story that will serve you.
And from this place of groundedness,
I invite you to once again create those loving circles,
Those loving rubs around your heart space,
Just reminding your heart that you're in it together.
And bowing your head ever so slightly towards your heart,
Just saying thank you.
Thank you for being here with me.
Thank you for grounding me.
Thank you for reminding me of the truth.
I am so grateful I get to choose to step forward from a place of possibility,
Abundance,
An unwavering faith that everything is working out for me,
That I'm being given the perfect conditions and invitations to evolve and expand to the next place.
What a gift that I get to heal in this way right here and right now.
Bringing a slight smile to your face,
Knowing that this is the truth,
I invite you to take a final big inhalation in,
Holding your breath as long as you can at the top,
A big exhalation out,
And really releasing anything you wanna leave behind in that exhale.
When you feel ready,
You can slowly wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Flutter your eyes open,
And come back to this practice as many times as you need full permission to be human.
Keep meeting yourself where you are,
Not where you want to be,
Noticing,
Forgiving yourself,
And choosing again.
