Imagine feeling completely in charge of your inner world,
Able to observe your thoughts and sensations without being swept away.
This meditation is your key to reclaiming that power.
By understanding the mind-body connection,
You'll gain the strength to establish clear personal boundaries,
Leading to a profound sense of inner peace and autonomy.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes gently and settle into a comfortable position.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly release it through your mouth.
Feel your feet grounded beneath you.
Let yourself fully arrive in this moment.
Now gently bring your attention to your body.
Notice any sensations,
Warmth,
Tension,
Stillness.
Just awareness.
Now starting at the top of your head and making your way down to your toes,
Do a body scan.
Notice where you feel tension taking up space in your body.
Once you identify one place that's feeling tight or rigid,
Place your hand there and ask that part of your body if it has a message for you.
Based on that message,
How might you honor the wisdom of your body today?
What boundary might you set for yourself?
Perhaps it's a chance to slow down,
Delegate,
Or even prioritize time for softening.
Your body is the keeper of your soul,
Always giving powerful message for where you're in and out of alignment.
It speaks and whispers,
And when you don't listen,
It screams.
So when you ignore,
Push aside,
Or numb your body's sensations,
You're missing a powerful message that it has for you.
Allow this practice to be the invitation to create a bridge between your body,
Mind,
And spirit,
Setting boundaries that allow you to be well.
As we close,
I invite you to bring your hand to your heart space and make one commitment.
Set one boundary for yourself today based on your body's whispers.
Beautiful.
Take one more deep breath in and exhale anything you're ready to release.
When you're ready,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Open your eyes with a renewed sense of clarity and strength.
You are in charge of your inner world,
And that is your power.
You got this,
My friend.
