With each inhale,

On your next breath,

I invite you to bring your hand to your heart space,

Feeling the steady rhythm beneath your palm,

And repeat to yourself,

My happiness exists in the presence of my values.

Allow these words to settle within you,

Not just a thought,

But a truth.

Now imagine a time when you felt deeply,

Genuinely happy.

See it clearly.

Where were you?

Who were you with?

What were you doing?

As you hold this moment in your mind,

Ask yourself,

Which of my values are present here?

Is it connection,

Freedom,

Creativity,

Growth?

What might I choose today to activate my values?
