Rejection to rejuvenation.
An unreturned text,
A broken heart,
A complete vanishing of something that had such promise.
A betrayal by someone who you let into your heart.
A new beginning that never had a chance to be born.
Being ignored,
Turned away.
Often without the respect of even an explanation,
Leaving you and your imagination to scour all the ways that you believe you are insufficient,
Unworthy,
And not good enough.
Feeling unwanted triggers the deepest fear and sadness within us.
To be unlovable feels like not even being worthy of life itself.
The odd one out,
The one without love.
The betrayal and abandonment by someone whom you had such hope for,
If even in the fantasy of your mind.
They might have given you a reason to beam and shine in an otherwise drab and lonely world.
A ray of light,
A ladder to connection.
The rejection can trigger that feeling of the floor dropping out from under you.
If only you could put your finger on what it is that's not right with you.
What exactly is lacking?
What is it about me that makes me the unchosen one?
It might not be enough to tell you that you are not alone.
That this will pass.
That the lies you've sold yourself about yourself to make sense of it all were created by you.
I want to tell you this.
On the other side of your suffering lies your most outrageous success.
The gift of your own self-love that might not have been found had you not been forced to find it.
This very dark aloneness you feel is the very beautiful path to your greatness.
Are you willing to change the question from what's wrong with me?
Why did this happen to me?
To what is my gift here?
How can I love myself more than I ever imagined I could?
Are you willing to step into faith and trust so big that it blows your mind?
Are you willing to stop insisting that your love comes from one person and not another?
Are you willing to believe that this happened to you and you are ridiculously lovable at the same time?
There are things you can't see and can't know from where you are standing right now,
At this point,
At this place,
In this moment,
At these coordinates on the globe at this minute and this second.
But do you dare be one of those people who uses the darkness that befalls you to set you off onto a glorious journey into the light?
Someone who turns charcoal into diamonds?
Because what is truly meant to be always is.
And what you had in your life in your mind that you thought you wanted and needed,
That you planned a future around,
That now feels like an unfair death.
Life knew you were meant for better,
For other,
For greater,
For sweeter.
And it was time to move forward on your journey.
Life knew it was time you sought your own approval.
Life knew the time had come to stop rejecting yourself,
Because really that's what rejection is.
Consider this,
It is possible to experience a loss,
A grief,
A broken piece of your heart and feel the love of your own magnificence at the same time.
Disappointed and still beautiful,
Despondent and alive,
Alone and connected to all the love in the world,
At the same time.
Can you trust this?
Close your eyes.
Sitting,
Your tailbone grounding down towards the earth,
Your energy starting from just above your head,
Like radiant purple crystals merging with the love of your own being,
Starts there,
At the top.
Send your energy down slowly from the top of your head through your mind,
Your throat,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your pelvis,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet,
And to the earth,
The grass.
Feel the energy go down from your legs and feet,
Downwards into the dirt,
Deep down,
Three feet down into the moist soil,
Into the earth,
Down,
Down,
Down.
Stay anchored.
Send your energy deeper into the earth,
12 feet,
15 feet,
20 feet,
Grounded.
Stay here for a moment.
How does that feel?
Send the energy deeper down,
Deeper down into the molten core of the earth.
You are connected,
Grounded,
Strengthened.
Feel that connection.
Now pull that energy back up slowly from the core of the earth,
All the way back up through the soil and the grass.
The energy comes back up to the bottom of your spine,
Glowing,
Radiating,
Full energy there,
Hovering at the bottom of your spine,
And the place of the first chakra.
You are a strong survivor.
You take great care of yourself.
You are alive,
A human being on this earth,
Here to thrive and prosper.
Draw the energy upwards into the pelvic region,
Your creativity on fire,
Even now.
Using everything that you feel as part of your artistic expression,
Your sensuality intact and perfect.
You are hot,
Juicy,
And sexy,
And appealing human being with so much to feel and express.
The whole region is radiating with love and aliveness.
Draw the energy upwards into your solar plexus belly area.
You,
You are powerful,
Determined,
Strong,
Uniquely abled warrior of the earth,
A lion.
No one shines like you shine.
You are there for you,
By hook or by crook.
The energy rises with all of the magnetic force of the earth's core itself into your heart,
Your big,
Beautiful heart.
Your love is a good love,
A really good love.
The whole Sun resides here.
This love is a good love.
This is you who resides here,
The real you.
You are so good.
Nothing can touch this.
Your love is priceless,
A force of nature,
So beautiful.
Your love is beautiful.
The energy moves upwards from your heart to your throat area.
The glowing blue light is soothing and loving.
Your voice is worthy.
What you have to say is important.
Your feelings are valuable.
You have a right to be heard.
You speak your mind,
You say your truth,
And for this you are beautiful.
Your truth,
Your feelings,
The way you express yourself is what we need.
It's what the world is waiting for.
We welcome your voice and all you feel.
Energy is moving up through your throat area into your third eye,
Your mind area.
The beautiful purple glowing light cleans out all extraneous thoughts that have no home there right now.
Only light.
Your intuition here is at peace.
It doesn't need to figure out anything.
There is nothing wrong.
You are always guided when you need it.
No need to think or overthink.
Just trust.
Your clear seeing is always there for you when you slow down and allow your highest self to guide you.
It's okay to not think and just feel.
This is there for you when you need it.
Your intuition.
And it loves you.
The energy now rises up to the top of your head.
The energy from the earth all the way up through here to the heavens.
The stars.
Celestial beings so glad you are here.
You are magnificent and you often don't even know it.
But the truth of you doesn't change even when your awareness is elsewhere.
Even when you think you are broken and hurting.
The truth of you is there and it's amazing and it doesn't change.
On the other side of all this,

Is your extraordinariness.
It doesn't matter if one human being in a sea of 500 billion doesn't have you in their awareness.
Because you have your magnificence in your awareness and it will always be your awareness of it that counts.
It will always be your love that you seek.
Are you willing to be the one you want?
To accept what is?
To accept and know that your joys and your sufferings,
Your strengths and your insecurities,
Your flaws,
Failings and fears are integral parts of your success.
Greatness isn't born without them.
They are how you become an example to others of what a champion is made of.
