Bismillah,
Rahman,
Ar-rahim.
I want to welcome everyone to Remembrance here and I want to encourage you to go ahead and take a nice gentle breath.
And just notice how much space there is for exactly how you're feeling.
You don't have to make space.
There's just space.
I'm just noticing anything that your heart is in appreciation of.
Anything that you're in appreciation of.
Anything that you're appreciating or enjoying about your life.
Things may be hard,
Maybe struggles and challenges.
Just asking to be shown,
Asking to be made aware of,
Bringing your attention to what you might be appreciating to what is nourishing about your life right now.
And just noticing,
Continuing to feel any appreciation and then starting to call the name of the Divine through the open doorway of your heart.
Starting to remember the presence of the Divine.
And just asking the Divine Presence,
Asking Source to help your heart to open,
To help your heart to widen,
To help your heart deepen in its experience,
In your experience of appreciation and gratitude.
Jnana yasikur.
Jnana yasikur.
Jnana yasikur.
Just notice where your heart stops in appreciation,
Where your heart stops receiving appreciation,
Where it stops soaking in the love that's available.
Not pushing,
Not trying to push past any limits,
But just noticing where your heart stops if it does.
Where your heart says,
Oh,
That's enough.
I don't need any more.
I shouldn't need any more.
I shouldn't want any more.
I don't need any of that.
Just noticing that and continuing to call the name of the Divine.
And if you have any statements like that,
Turning them into sincere questions.
Should I stop?
Should I need more?
Should I want more?
Is it okay?
Asking a real question in your heart,
Asking the Divine,
Noticing the response.
Jnana yasikur.
Jnana yasikur.
Jnana yasikur.
Jnana yasikur.
And noticing as you ask that question in sincerity,
Noticing if it really is okay,
If your heart feels lighter,
If it feels more open,
If it feels deeper,
It feels like there's more space there.
And then just letting more in.
More appreciation,
Appreciation of the Divine for your life and all that's within it.
Jnana yasikur.
Jnana yasikur.
Jnana yasikur.
Just noticing what is it like asking in your heart to have your heart widened,
To have it deepened,
Not trying to do it yourself,
Not trying to imagine it.
Just asking and noticing how that feels.
More capacity in you for happiness,
For appreciation,
For joy,
For love,
For compassion,
Gentleness,
For light.
The Divine is the compassionate,
The Divine is the love,
The Divine is the gentle,
The Divine is the appreciative.
Noticing how your heart is moved and opened without you needing to do it.
Continuing to call the name of the Divine through your heart.
Letting go of everything that feels like a burden.
Letting go of everything that feels like a burden.
Letting go of everything that feels like a burden.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Just taking a nice gentle breath,
Letting yourself express the appreciation that you feel in your heart to the Divine.
For anything that you might have experienced or received.
Just expressing that.
Holding the remembrance in your heart,
Stay in remembrance as long as you need to or take a nice gentle breath and get ready to move back into your day.
Blessings on you and your heart.
