Bismillah,
Rahman,
Rahim,
In the name of the one most compassionate,
Most merciful,
Most kind.
This is Mark Silver with Heart of Business and welcome to the remembrance.
I want to encourage you to let yourself be comfortable.
Really find the place of comfort for your body.
There's a place where you don't have to be supporting yourself very much and you can just sit and be.
And notice how you're feeling and how much spaciousness there is to feel exactly how you're feeling.
Without needing to change or fix anything.
And just notice how much space there is to feel exactly how you're feeling.
And then bringing your attention to your heart,
High up in your chest.
And just beginning to remember the presence of the Divine.
There's love available even here.
Calling the name of the Divine through the open doorway of your heart.
Ya Allah.
Just continuing to call the name of the Divine through the open doorway of your heart.
Noticing,
Asking in your heart to be shown,
Noticing how quickly the Divine moves.
Whether it's watching the entire Earth revolve so rapidly that the Sun seems to circle us once a day.
Popping up over the horizon and racing across the heavens.
Or how plants,
Some plants grow very rapidly.
Watching how things can grow and develop and arrive in a moment.
And when that happens how little effort is involved.
So asking to be shown in your heart,
Where's the speed of the Divine in your life?
Where is the Divine moving rapidly?
It's not always rapid.
Sometimes we need patience.
Sometimes we need space.
Sometimes we need to rest and integrate.
And sometimes it moves rapidly.
Just asking,
Being aware of in the remembrance the movement,
The rapid movement of the Divine.
Just surrendering,
Letting your head bow,
Letting your heart bow.
Continuing to remember the Divine and letting go of effort.
Noticing that you're already being carried.

Just noticing what it feels like to be carried.
Continuing to remember the Divine.
Continuing to call to the Divine through your heart.
Allah.

Speed.
The speed of the Divine.
Your heart being carried at the speed of the Divine.
And allowing that.
Allowing yourself to be carried and surrendering into speed.
And just continuing to remember the Divine in your heart,
Even as you're moved.
At whatever speed the Divine is moving you.

Just noticing in your own heart any authentic gratitude or appreciation for anything you may have experienced during this remembrance.
And letting yourself express that to the Divine.
And taking a nice gentle breath.
Knowing that the speed is happening regardless of your own actions.
Knowing that you can access the remembrance in any moment.
Letting yourself either rest in remembrance now or return to your day.
I wish you peace on your journey.
