During perimenopause,
The voice can change.
It usually becomes lower,
But it can also be hoarse.
And this is due to interactions between hormonal changes and also emotional ups and downs.
And because this particular period is emotionally really high,
Then our voice carries out things that we have maybe put under the rug.
It can be things that we haven't healed,
But it can also be dreams that we haven't lived.
So for myself,
I like to consider this as a great opportunity to make my voice a nally.
Because if you learn to listen to your voice,
If you learn how to decode your emotions with your voice,
Then you can soothe them.
And on the other hand,
If you learn how to use your voice as a tool to soothe yourself,
To calm down,
To feel more empowered and balanced innerly,
Then it becomes a period when you can really be wise and wide.
At least this is my ambition,
To become wise and wide,
To experience more freedom and more peace within myself and others.
And before I leave,
I want to share two practices that I love to use for myself.
I won't detail here the what,
How,
Why,
Benefits,
Properties,
How-to.
You know where to find me if you want to know more.
But just make your own experience,
Be your own teacher,
And make up your mind based on your experience.
So the first thing is just to.

And the second one.

Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da.
