Today you are going to relax your face with your body voice.
Your face contains a high number of nerve ends.
Your face is exposed to the weather,
The sounds,
The smells,
The words and the mimics of others,
And many other triggers that can either annoy you or soothe you.
This is one of the best areas to induce relaxation of the whole body.
Your body voice can help you to release tension in your face and thus increase your sense of well-being,
Just by the vibrations of your own sound through your skin.
You can practice this quick exploration at any time,
In any position.

So this exploration now will take place in three times.
First,
Make a series of flip trills like this.
Put one finger on each side of your mouth and press a bit.
No tension.
You can even play with your voice on the siren like this.
Two or three times is sufficient.
So I let you try now.
Second thing,
You will hum with your mouth closed.
Your jaws are released so that your teeth don't touch each other,
Just like this.
So it's not loud.
It doesn't need to last long.
Attune your sound to the rhythm of your breath.
And while you are doing this,
Gently pass your hands on your face and stop from time to time on the wings of your nose,
Around your mouth,
On your ears,
Under your eyes and every place of your face just to see if you can feel the vibration of your sound through your skin.

Finally,
Remember what's your favorite odor and imagine,
Feel,
Visualize you're maybe in a garden,
Maybe in a bakery and you're feeling this smell you like the most.
It can be a perfume,
It can be a pastry,
It can be a flower.
And smell it with all your face,
Not just your nose,
Like the perfume would penetrate you and enchant your whole face.
And then while you're exhaling,
Just express your pleasure like this.
So feel,
Imagine,
Visualize you are smelling this exquisite smell and express your pleasure.
