Take a few deep breaths,
Close your eyes if you wish,
And come in tune with your body.
You are safe,
It's your moment,
It's your time.
And ask yourself,
If my body were talking to me,
What would it say?
Which organ feels unwell?
Which muscle?
Which bone?
You go to the organ or muscle or bone that hurts.
You connect with it,
Become one with it.
You allow yourself to look in the direction it wants you to look.
This organ,
Muscle or bone is in dissonance with your body.
This organ,
Muscle or bone is perhaps looking at a person who was excluded from your family.
Through the pain of your organ,
Bone or muscle,
It brings the presence of this excluded person to your attention.
So look at that person with love.
Open your heart,
Take the person into your soul,
And give him or her a home in you,
And say silently to your organ,
Muscle or bone,
And so the rejected person,
Now I see you.
Now I recognize you.
Now I love you.
Now I take you into my heart.
Then,
After a little while,
You allow yourself to feel whether there has been any change in the organ,
Muscle or bone that hurts,
And you thank that organ for directing your attention to the person who had been missing from your soul.
If you take this person into your heart this way,
The illness and pain can ease.
You regain health through bringing the excluded person back into your family.
And just keep breathing.

Here are a few affirmations that you can practice in order to reconnect with your body,
And so yourself,
Your true self.
For your heart.
My heart beats to the rhythm of love.
I express my love for everyone.
For your liver.

I leave the past behind me and look at my future positively.
Your kidneys.
Every experience brings something good.
All the events of my life are right.
I can progress safely.
Your digestive problems.
I disentangle and detach myself from the past.
I live in the present,
In peace and joy.
I love myself and esteem myself.
I can be myself.
My thoughts are calm and harmonious.
I am safe.
I trust the flow of life.
Every day I accept change.
For your skin.
I love and esteem myself.
I am safe and I am protected.
I accept myself as I am.
I am surrounded by love and joy.
And again,
Just keep breathing.
Keep connecting to your body and so your true self.
And when you feel ready,
