Today,
We are going to recognize your parents.
I invite you to close your eyes and take enough time to visualize the person.
So then,
The person in question has clearly emerged in your imagination.
Speak the proposed sentences slowly and calmly and without emotion.
Imagine your mother and or your father and say to them,
I place myself in front of you.
And then you are going to turn around so you will be facing both of them.
Imagine yourself bowing with respect to your mother and your father and then say to them,
I honor you and your fate.
Imagine your mother and or your father and say to him or her,
I am like you.
I do things like you do.
Imagine your mother and or your father and say,
I help carries a burden out of love.
Imagine your mother and father beside each other and say to them,
What is between you two has nothing to do with me.
I am just the child and I don't have to choose between you.
I have you both.
Then you are going to turn around again and imagine your mother and father behind you.
Your mother is behind your left shoulder and your father is behind your right shoulder.
And they are holding you.
Imagine your mother and or your father in front of you and say,
I take what you have given me.
And I thank you for it.
It is a lot and it is enough.
I can do the rest myself.
And then again,
You will take your place back in front of your parents.
What is it like for you to imagine yourself deeply and strongly connected to your family and to your father and mother in particular?
Now,
Imagine a family member who has been excluded from the family and say to him or her.
You belong to our family.
Imagine a former partner of yours and say to him or her,
Thank you for what I received from you.
You may gladly keep what you received from me.
I take my part of the responsibility for what went wrong in our relationship.
And I leave your part with you.
I give you a place in my heart as my former partner.
And if they are children.
You can add.
Through our children,
We remain connected as mother and father.
And finally,
Imagine a place on the other side.
Name it.
It can be heaven.
It can be the non-physical world.
It's where all of the diseased in the family are lying.
And look at all of them.
With respect and acceptance.
Send them peace.
And when you feel it's enough.
Again,
Go back to your place in front of your parents as a child.
Feel the support.
Adapt the distance between you and both of them.
It's OK.
And then when you will feel ready.
Just take three more deep breaths in and out.
And slowly and gently.
You can open your eyes.
