Find a comfortable seat.
You can lay down on your bed,
On the floor.
You can also sit on a chair,
On your sofa,
On the ground.
Just take your time to find a spot in a position where you feel safe and comfortable.
It is your time,
It is your moment to reconnect with yourself,
To reconcile with yourself,
To be one with who you are.
And just start taking some deep breath in and out.
Take your time.
Connect with yourself,
Connect with your body,
Connect with your feelings,
Your emotions,
Your sensations,
Your tensions.
Do not be afraid of them.
They are also here to tell you something,
To help you to feel better.
Embrace your whole self as it is in the moment.
Feel free to place one hand on your belly,
One hand on your heart,
Or you can also place your hands on your lap,
Palms facing up in order to receive.
To receive from life,
To receive from your angels,
From your ancestors,
From your family,
From nature.
Just be open to receive.

This is your safe space.

The forest,

Another planet.
Maybe it's your bed,
Maybe it's your house from your childhood.
Just take your time to find your place,
Your safe place,
To be yourself,
To just be you.
And when you finally find your place,
There is a beautiful and soft sofa,
Or it can also be a fluffy bed,
Or a hammock.
Again,
It does not matter.
It's just very comfy,
Very supportive.
It's nice,
It's like a cocoon,

Nothing bad can happen to you.
Everything in that safe place is made for you,
And only for you.
This place knows how to make you feel better,
How to make you open your heart.
And why don't you lay down,

On that very fluffy sofa,
Comfortable bed,
Or lovely and protective hammock.

Again,
It's for you.
You choose what you need at that moment.
And just lay down,
And let your body be.
Let your body relax,
And rest,
And surrender in that cocoon,
In that fluffiness,
Where everything again is made for you to feel safe,
Guided,
Supported,
And loved.
And just close your eyes,
And be.
Be in that moment where there is nothing to do,
Nothing to run after.
Just be in the moment.
A moment with yourself.
And start breathing deeper.
Start feeling your belly,
Your diaphragm,
Your chest,
Your lungs,
Your throat.
And breathe.
Breathe life.
Breathe love.
Breathe joy.
Breathe safety.
You are home.
You are your own home,

And you are safe.

You are loved.
You are supported.

You can offer that peace to others.
And this is the most powerful thing that you can do at that moment,
Is to be at peace with yourself.
To be at peace with your identity,
Your sexuality,

Your home,
Your country.
Everything that you are,
Just be at peace with it.
Accept it.
Recognize it.
Acknowledge it.
Take it as it is.
And when you feel peace within you,
You can offer that peace to others.
And react with peace.
Behave with peace.
Be with peace.
And just keep breathing.
Don't be afraid of peace.
It's okay to let go.
It's okay to surrender.
