So warm welcome to this balancing energy meditation for the month of November 2025.

Please get seated comfortable,

Close your eyes and we start by taking a few deep breaths.

Then imagine that where you are sitting or lying down that there is a pillar of red healing earth energy and it's coming from mother earth moving up through you,

Around you,

Covering your body inside and out and continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.

And we now have this red healing earth energy keeping us grounded on this journey.

Then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light,

The universal energy that is coming from above and it's going down through you,

Around you,

Covering your body inside and out and continuing down into mother earth.

And we now have this universal energy keeping us balanced on this journey.

And we take another deep breath.

And if you like you can set your intention for this to be a peaceful and relaxing journey.

Allow your mind to slow down.

Allow your body to relax.

And there is nothing you have to do right now,

Nothing that needs to be so dull.

Nowhere you need to be.

But in this moment,

Just breathing and sinking in further to the surface that is holding you.

Knowing that you are safe.

You are loved.

You are held by mother earth.

You are protected and guided by the universe.

And we take another deep breath and as you exhale,

Imagine yourself exhaling the white light and energy that protects your body,

Protects you,

Your energy.

And it's an infinite energy that is coming from your core,

Your soul,

Your heart.

And it's here to hold you for as long as you want it to.

And it could be any size,

It could be close to your body or further out into the surroundings.

And you are at its center.

And it is filled with light and love for you to open your senses.

Open your heart.

And step into the depth of yourself.

It's allowing you to surface your shadows whilst feeling at peace and calm.

And viewing them from a neutral space without attachment or trying to push or control.

Just allowing them to appear within these lights.

And as they do so,

Maybe some disappear.

Seeing that they weren't really shadows or part of you any longer,

Just imaginary.

While others might need some attention,

Some love,

Some more life.

Maybe even gratitude to their purpose at one time.

And we're staying in this ball of light.

Releasing all the shadows.

And you go as deep into yourself as you feel comfortable.

There is no rush,

No right or wrong.

And you can come back and do this at any time.

And maybe you already know some of the parts that is showing up.

Others could be unconscious parts.

Attached to you.

From other lifetimes.

From your lineage,

Society.

And again,

Remember to view it without judgement.

There is only love and light.

In this sphere of energy.

And we're staying here a little bit longer.

Maybe taking it a step further into yourself.

Opening up to your authentic self.

That beautiful being that you are.

And when you feel ready,

We take another deep breath.

And you can start to come back into your body,

Back into the space where you started.

And we give thanks to Mother Earth and Father Universe and the higher self for joining us today.

And you can start to come fully back.

Start to move your hands,

Your feet,

Your neck.

Maybe clap your hands,

Stamp your feet,

Do a little dance,

Shake your body.

And I thank you so much for listening and have a beautiful month.

Welcome back at any time.

Thank you for this Novemeber meditation. I have notice something poking me out of sleep the past few nights. Something that brings tears, a difficult breathing and has not left me with any info. I believe I shall retune to this meditation a few times this month. Much gratitude and thanks. 🙏💫💛
