Warm welcome to this grounding meditation. I am Maria and this is an igniting energy meditation, Working with your energy at the level where you are right now. So all you have to do is sit back, Relax and follow this beautiful grounding journey, Helping you to set your intention for the day, The week, The month and also to connect to Mother Earth, Ground yourself, Your energy, Your body so that you can fly high. Please get seated with your back straight and your palms up or if you are lying down your palms up, Close your eyes and we start. So let's take a deep breath. Then set your focus to where you are either standing or if you are sitting down or lying to feel the solid surface beneath your body, Feel it holding you, Supporting you. And we start by sending our love and gratitude to Mother Earth for holding us, For her love, Her bounty, Her beauty and for carrying us through our life, Our family, Providing us with food, With air, With water, Providing us with beauty, In nature, Whether it is a flower or a majestic mountain. All around us she is visible in her splendor and all we have to do is stop and look. We take a deep breath and feel yourself becoming heavy, Your body is relaxing and feel your heart chakra, Your heart chakra, Place in the middle of your chest, Open and connect with Mother Earth, Just by you setting your focus to do so. We take another deep breath. Maybe you see there are roots growing from Mother Earth, Golden roots that are growing up where you are, Holding your body, Holding your energy, Keeping you grounded in this beautiful all loving energy. And we take another deep breath, Let it go through all of your body, All the way down to Mother Earth. And when we inhale it goes all the way from Mother Earth, From the golden roots all the way up through our body, Beautiful golden energy and as we exhale it moves down again in a beautiful flow through our body into Mother Earth. Now from this solid beautiful energy set your intention for this day, How would you like to feel by the end of the day without adding details, Just a feeling. And we take another deep breath and we give thanks to Mother Earth for holding us, Supporting us and you can come fully back and move your hands, Your feet, Your neck and shake your body and have a beautiful day.
