Warm welcome to this energy meditation. My name is Maria and I work as an energy coach where igniting meditations are one of my tools. And the energy in the meditations work like a key unlocking parts of your inner world or your energy. And it finds you where you are right now. And in today's short meditation we are going to work with a universal connection, Unlocking your own communication to bring forth that courage and uplifting energy for you to move through the day. So please get seated, Comfortable with your eyes closed and let's start the meditation. And we start by taking a deep breath. Then imagine yourself standing on a cliff high above a beautiful ocean. Looking out into the horizon. Feeling the soft wind caressing your body. Feeling the solid earth beneath your feet. Seeing the beautiful water shimmering. And being warmed by the strong sun shining down upon your body. And as we are standing here looking out feeling our body both relax and energize. A perfect balance. Just like Mother Earth. There is a light that is coming from Mother Earth and is going up around us where we are standing. And it's a beautiful purple light that surrounds us with its energy and vibration. And it is strengthening our connection to the universe, To ourselves. And it is strengthening our own intuition, Our instinct or if you like the voice of your heart is turning up the volume for us to hear and feel safe about following this voice that is connected to the infinite wisdom all around us. And all we have to do is stand here, Breathe and allow it to happen. And we take a deep breath. And we give thanks to this beautiful energy for helping us today and you can start to come back into your body. And if you like you can set your intention to keep this vibration going with you all through your day, Your week, Your month, Or come back and reconnect whenever you feel the need or the want to do so. And we come back fully into our body, Start to move our hands, Our feet, Our neck, Maybe clap our hands and stamp our feet and I thank you for listening. Sat Naam.
