Hello and welcome to another meditation of Goodbye Old,

Hello New.

And the next topic,

Or the topic for this meditation,

Is courage.

Find a quiet place,

Sit still,

Tune into your breath and allow your body and mind to become quiet.

You can keep your eyes open or closed and tune into the movement of your breath and your body.

And perhaps take a couple of deep breaths in and out,

Perhaps in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And allow your breath to slow down.

And stay with the breath,

Keep on feeling the breath moving inside of your body.

And whenever your mind wanders,

You bring it back to the breath and allow yourself to stay as present as possible.

And your breath can always bring you back.

So tune into the breath and allow yourself to be present.

And then the question for you today is what can you do daily to uplift yourself and others?

This is linked to empowerment,

Standing firmly for who you are,

Your values.

It's about supporting yourself and supporting others.

It's about honoring yourself.

It is about will and power and empowerment.

So what can you do daily to uplift yourself and others?

And just notice what comes up to surface.

What do you feel?

What do you hear inside?

And there's no right or wrong.

Allow yourself to listen and to feel into whatever comes up.

So what can you do on a daily basis to uplift yourself and others?

And of course you can always rephrase the question.

Or simply keep the theme in mind,

Courage.

And then sit still,

Breathe,

Tune in to whatever you hear inside.

And it takes courage to shine your light.

Do you feel you have enough or could you use a little more?

Keep on noticing what comes up for you today.

And you can stay here and sit still a little bit longer.

And when you feel you're ready to close the meditation,

Then take another deep breath in and out.

And do two more rounds of that.

And then whenever you're ready,

You open your eyes again.

And you move into the rest of your day.
