Welcome to Day 6 on Circle of Calm.
And today's step is about the topic of harmony.
And we will be putting things in perspective,
And not per se about the things happening around you,
It's more about what's happening inside of you.
When something is out of harmony,
You will feel that inside of you.
And this feeling will only get bigger and bigger until you start paying attention to it.
And this feeling will keep on knocking on your door until you let it in and welcome it in.
And it is like we have been doing on this walkabout,
It is about creating a dialogue with it and listening to what it has to say.
And we will begin today with a few minutes of silence.
So get comfortable.
Make yourself at ease and settle into your body.
And for the next 2 to 3 minutes,
All you need to focus on is the breath.
You can either focus on its movement or you can count the in-breath and out-breath.
But let the breath be your focus.
