If you wake at 3AM and your mind immediately jumps to tomorrow… this is a very specific pattern. You’re inside the 3AM Activation Loop. The body spikes. The mind scans tomorrow for problems. Trying to solve them keeps the system awake. This is predictable. This short reset interrupts that loop. You’ll use a simple physical anchor to let the nervous system settle without forcing sleep. This is not a sleep technique. You are not trying to fall asleep. You are allowing the system to come down from activation.
