For when you wake at 3AM and the mind has already jumped to tomorrow before you've fully surfaced. That's the 3AM Activation Loop, and this version is predictable. The body spikes. The mind scans tomorrow for problems. Trying to solve them at 3AM keeps the system awake. This reset interrupts that loop without requiring sleep. A simple physical anchor: feet pressing, slow exhale, surface contact, lets the nervous system come down from activation. The planning can continue. The body doesn't have to follow it. Tomorrow doesn't need solving at this hour. If you wake again tonight, return to the feeling of the surface beneath you and the slow exhale. If the tomorrow-scanning comes with physical tension or a racing heart, "Anxiety Spike After Midnight" works the body side of the same loop.
