For the moment you wake up and your mind immediately starts treating it as a problem. That's the loop: the waking isn't the issue, it's the pressure that follows it. This track works by removing the pressure entirely. Not by telling you everything is fine. By giving the body somewhere else to be while the mind figures that out on its own. No technique. No reassurance. Nothing to do correctly. If you wake again later, use one of the shorter resets.
