For the specific exhaustion of a night that has gone on too long, when you've stopped counting hours and started waiting for morning. This works by collapsing the night into a single moment. Not "get through it." Not "make it to morning." Just this surface, this breath, this weight. The night stops being a problem when it stops being measured. No technique. No counting. Nothing to outlast. If you wake again later, use one of the shorter resets.
