If it's after midnight and the night gets too long this is a night emergency sleep reset.

We're not trying to get through the night.

We're letting the body settle.

Notice what feels heavy about time right now.

Chest,

Belly,

Jaw.

You don't need to measure how long this lasts.

You don't need to solve the night.

Let your attention rest on one contact point.

Back against the bed.

Feet touching the surface.

Let the surface hold the time.

Let the surface hold you.

You don't need to remember the time.

When the night feels long the body starts reaching forward.

You don't need to reach.

There is nothing you need to get to.

This is just a moment.

And the moment is already held.

Nothing to fix.

Nothing to solve.

Nothing to do.

Rest without sleep still counts.

Even lying here counts.

If you wake again tonight choose the track that matches what's happening in your body.

The body settles faster with repetition.

You don't need to outlast the night.

You can let this moment be small.

Let the surface keep holding you.
