Life can feel so hectic.
So many things happening in the world right now.
But it's so important to take even just a couple of minutes to remember what a miracle you are.
The ability to breathe,
The ability to stand and walk through life.
I am hoping that the meditations here will help you move through life with a little more ease and grace.

Welcome.
Right now we're just going to close our eyes.
Take a few deep breaths and send love and gratitude to all of your organs inside of your body that are working diligently all of the time.
Whether you are awake or whether you are sleeping.
You do not need to be in charge of your organs.
But you do need to grace them with loving oxygen and nourishing food.
Focus right now on what you have ingested today.
Every bite of food that you take helps nourish the cells in your body.
Every breath you take gives them life.
The blood that courses through your veins is filled with nutrients feeding your heart,
Your lungs,
Your vocal cords,
And your brain.
Your brain is constantly being rewired by focusing on gratitude for your body.
For your brain you are acknowledging it,
Respecting your brain,
Allowing it to rewire in miraculous ways.
Do not get caught up in a loop of repetitive thinking.
You are capable of breaking free and expanding even in the few minutes we have here.
I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold hold hold.
Exhale hold hold hold.
Inhale relax your shoulders.
Relax your neck.
Relax your hands.
Bring your hands to your heart center,
Palms facing each other.
