In this Yoga Nidra, we are going through a body scan and a relaxing visualization. If you fall asleep, please feel free to stay asleep and not reconnect to my voice with awareness. However, you can decide freely if you would like to stay more with my voice or to fall asleep. It is important that you do not punish yourself if you wake up again. Rather, stay calm and enjoy, letting go of all thoughts and emotions. As this practice may induce deep relaxation or sleep, please do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.
