In 2015, Mansi got introduced to yoga asana practice. After two years of life altering asana practice, she signed up for a 200 hour teacher training, to dive deeper into understanding the yoga philosophy. Thereafter, a consistent self study and asana practice unlocked her spiritual path. She truly believes that a holistic yoga practice is as vast as an ocean, and something is in there for everyone. Apart from asanas, Mansi enjoys practicing mindfulness, pranayama, mantra japa and meditation. As a yoga teacher, her purpose is to guide and support individuals in their respective spiritual journeys, by introducing them to various yoga techniques and practices.
