Welcome to Calibrating to the Flow of Life Meditation.
The intention of this meditation is to align with life through flow,
To recalibrate to a place of peace,
Ease,
And acceptance for all of life's unfoldings.
Flow is one of the secret sauces of life.
Flow can also be called allowing,
Surrender,
And acceptance.
Flow is found when our egoic,
Mental,
Emotional,
And physical bodies are in alignment.
This means that there is harmony between our beliefs,
Our thoughts,
Our emotions,
And our physical being.
It is the natural unfolding of life that sometimes keeps us from flow.
We may experience life as difficult,
Stressful,
Angry,
Unwanted,
And many other resistant interpretations.
This resistance is actually an indication that the life that you are living is different from the life as you believe,
Think,
Or desire it to be.
Again,
Resistance to life is when you see yourself differently than as you believe,
Think,
Or desire yourself to be.
Resistance is a normal part of life's unfolding.
Resistance can be viewed as a gift of the human journey.
Resistance is a tool to calibrate us back to flow.
This calibration to flow is achieved through honoring all resistance,
Through becoming aware,
Acknowledging the deeper meaning and desire,
Appreciating the opportunity for growth,
Letting go,
And surrender,
A simple five-step process.
Rather than resent resistance,
We instead welcome it with the realization that resistance is a gift,
A compass to reorient towards flow,
Towards truth,
Towards our deepest desires.
Let us use resistance to empower us.
Join me in today's meditation to calibrate to flow through surrendering to life's unfolding.
We will start with three grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take a second deep breath in and release.
Take a third and final deep breath in and release.
Let us start with becoming aware.
Let us explore any resistance regarding who you currently are and your beliefs,
Thoughts,
And desires about who you are or would like to be.
Do not overindulge in the feelings or emotions or thoughts,
But remain as a third party,
Observing the contradictions.
Become aware of where you are in life.
How do you feel about yourself?
Remain general or pick any specific topic,
Your self-image,
Your body image,
Your education,
Your career,
Your relationships,
Your family,
Your friends,
Your success.
Your feelings represent the gap between how you see yourself and your beliefs,
Thoughts,
And desires about where you are in life.
Are there areas that you feel good and in alignment?
This represents alignment between how you see yourself and how you want to be.
Are there areas where you feel self-judgment,
Disapproval,
Anger,
Sadness,
Shame,
Any form of resistance?
This represents a gap between where you are and your beliefs,
Thoughts,
Or desires.
Feel into the physical sensations,
The emotional labels,
Your thoughts,
Your beliefs.
I will pause to give you a moment to explore.
Now that you have become aware of the resistance,
It is your opportunity to acknowledge its deeper meaning.
What is this resistance meant to tell you?
There are always two ends of the stick for all resistance.
What is wanted and what is unwanted?
Dig a bit deeper to explore what is wanted.
Why are you experiencing this resistance?
What are your greatest desires?
Where may you be misaligned from your greatest desires?
Where is your opportunity for growth?
Create the space to receive the deeper meaning.
This deeper meaning may be in the form of seeing images,
Hearing voices,
Feeling emotions,
Or just receiving knowing.
Messages guide you to a greater understanding of what you are meant to learn.
In the case of finding flow in life,
The most common meaning is to accept,
Honor,
And become aligned with yourself.
To honor where you are in life,
To celebrate all of life's unfoldings,
To let go of self-judgment.
The deepest underlining feelings are typically a desire with alignment with self-worth,
Freedom,
Or love.
Acknowledge any deeper meaning that will help you to reorient towards your desires.
I will give you the space to discover the deeper meaning of your resistance.
Now,
After becoming aware of the resistance and acknowledging the deeper meaning of the resistance,
Now is your opportunity for appreciation.
To invoke your command center,
Your heart,
And to appreciate your opportunity for growth.
Appreciate your path to reconnecting with your authentic self with a deeper desire towards the peace,
Ease,
And acceptance.
Appreciate your courage to look within and to acknowledge the deeper meaning.
To celebrate your journey,
To celebrate your resistance,
To celebrate your courage,
To celebrate everything that brought you to this point,
To celebrate yourself.
I will pause.
At this point,
After this appreciation,
You have the opportunity to let go,
To let go of all of the resistance that you connected with,
To let go of the resistance on the physical level,
Your emotional level,
The mental level,
And the egoic level.
Release all the resistance you connected with.
Release,
Release,
Release,
Back to the universe.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take a second deep breath in and release.
Take a third and final deep breath in and release.
And now finally,
Create an intention towards surrender.
To trust that you are supported.
To trust your flow.
To trust the universal orientation towards your highest good when you allow and orient towards surrender.
I will pause to give you the opportunity to enjoy the place of surrender.
Shower your body with the light of the universal divine.
The light of peace.
The light of ease.
And the light of acceptance.
I will pause a final moment to give you the opportunity to allow all of these concepts to integrate.
Create an intention to orient towards flow,
Allowing surrender and acceptance.
To calibrate towards harmony between your beliefs,
Your thoughts,
Emotions,
And your physical being.
