Let's take a deep breath in together and exhale,

Feel any tension in your body leaving,

Your solar plexus is right above your navel and right under your heart,

Your rib cage.

Intuition.

Intuition.

Have you learned to listen to it?

Do you ignore it?

It's your gut feeling.

When you're trying to decide to do something or not,

Sometimes it's like a little tingle and sometimes it's a really bad stomach ache.

Do you know it?

When you decide something,

If it's good decision or if it's a bad decision,

Do you trust your gut feeling?

It's your powerhouse,

Your solar plexus.

It's the center of your body where your strength comes from.

How does your solar plexus feel right now?

Is it soft?

Is it tight?

Can you breathe into your belly?

Can you expand your stomach?

Do you feel like you have your power or should we take our power back together?

Shall we?

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

And say,

I take my power back.

So think about a situation that brought you joy,

That put a big smile on your face and feel happy in every cell of your body.

Like picture a big smiley face on your stomach and smile,

Give me a big smile.

Doesn't that make you feel good already?

You know,

Science has proven that faking happiness makes you actually feel happier.

So let's try to discover the joy and the good things in every day.

Because there's always something to be happy about.

Even the little tiny things,

Like sharing a smile with someone,

Seeing a baby,

Seeing the sun shining,

Seeing beautiful flowers,

Receiving a nice message,

Having a nice thought.

And even when you go through something negative,

Lessening that change.

You are in charge.

If you continue to do the same thing every day,

You attract and receive the same things every day.

By changing your attitude,

By taking back your power,

By saying to yourself,

I am in control,

Attract,

Your circumstances can change the outcome.

I am powerful,

I'm determined.

When you give it choices regarding this subject,

Your struggle,

Maybe telling you that the decision you're making is probably the wrong.

Present your solar plexus with the right choice to feel lightness in your solar plexus.

There's no tightness,

There's no tingling,

There's no pressure,

There's no shallow breathing.

And practice that intuition exercise daily.

So you'll be able to listen to your intuition,

To your gut feeling more.

So you can make the right choices for your life.

Now let's move into a little bit of breath work.

It's the breath of fire.

So sit up straight,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your lower back,

Relax your face.

We're going to breathe into our stomach.

And with every breath,

You're going to pull in on the exhale,

Your belly button all the way to your spine,

Kind of push your diaphragm up.

You're going to breathe in and out of your nose with your lips closed.

You're going to inhale and exhale slowly first.

Take some controlled deep breaths.

Pull in your belly button.

Inhale,

Expand your abdomen,

Exhale,

Pull in your belly button.

You're going to tighten your core and forcefully exhale through the nose by pressing your lower abdomen right into your spine.

Okay,

So let's breathe in and out a little bit faster.

Let's do that for a couple of seconds.

The yellow circle in your stomach getting brighter and brighter.

Let's do that for 10 more seconds.

And relax,

Moving to the center and moving to your left and keep scooping hand over hand,

Making a big circle down to your lower abdomen and back up on your right side.

You know,

When you're afraid or anxious,

You begin shallow breathing and usually the result of that shallow breathing is the constriction of this area.

So if you release the physical solar plexus area,

It allows you that the energy moves in the corresponding energy center.

And now back to just rubbing your belly,

Making it nice and gentle.

Rubbing your belly,

Making it nice and warm.

Thanking your solar plexus for giving you the gut feeling,

The intuition,

Your desire to make the right choices for yourself and your life.
