GONG Slowly come into a seated position. Rub your palms together, Making them nice and warm. Place your hands on your eyes. Massage your eyes gently. Massage your temples. Massage your jaw. Massage your scalp. Massage your ears. Massage your neck and your shoulders. And your arms and hands. And rub your palms together one more time, Making them nice and warm.
