Your children will imagine an inner helper assisting and guiding them in facing challenges by giving them a sense of power and control. The helper can be an animal, a fairy, an angel, a family member. The inner helper represents wisdom, support, love and safety. The child can then use the "gift" (advice) to help them face challenges and solve problems or to receive comfort in a difficult situation. Hello.

This meditation is to give you power and guidance in facing challenges.

You are focusing on your belly breathing.

Deep,

Quiet breaths.

Just letting your whole body relax.

Letting any tension just drain out through your toes.

That's good.

Listening to your breath,

You are feeling comfortable and relaxed.

Now that you are quiet,

Go to your special place and let yourself feel how good it is there.

That's right.

Take your time.

Now let a picture or an image come to you.

It may be just a feeling.

It is very kind and nice.

It is there to help you.

It wants only good things for you.

It can be anything,

An animal,

A person,

An angel.

Just let it come and get clearer.

Your helper inside you is very wise and loves you very much.

It is here to help you with any problem or any question you have.

Just let it come.

Take your time until your helper shows up.

Take a minute to get comfortable now that your helper is here.

What does it look like?

That's good.

Ask your helper if it has a name.

Take your time.

Just let it talk to you and answer it back.

There is no hurry.

Ask for help with a problem you're having.

What you need to know,

What you need to do so that the problem can get smaller or so that you don't have to feel so bad.

It is there to help you.

It may bring you a feeling,

A thought,

Anything.

Whatever it brings,

This is the gift to you.

What is it bringing you?

Good.

Whatever it brings you will help you with your problem.

It will help you to feel brave and safe.

Ask your helper any other question about the gift.

Take your time.

When you are finished,

Say thank you to your helper for coming.

You may want to give it a gift yourself to say thank you.

Take all the time you need.

That's good.

When you feel ready,

Focus on your belly breathing again.

Slowly begin to return to the room.

Start to hear the sounds and slowly begin to open your eyes.

You are feeling wonderful and relaxed and so lucky to have a special friend to help you whenever you need it.
