I lost someone too, December will be 9 years. I've lived in a very dark place all that time (literally and figuratively). It wasn't until I discovered meditation, spirit, connection, energy, light, and so much more, that I found healing. I now understand that his work in the physical form was complete, and as hard as it is to not be able to hug him, i know he is doing some incredible things right now. And he is here in this moment.
