A quiet moment to slow down, soften, and settle before sleep. This short voice-only relaxation gently guides you to release tension from the body, quieten the mind, and let the breath return to its natural rhythm. Perfect for the end of a long day or whenever you need to unwind, it invites stillness without pressure - just breathing, resting, and being. No background music, only a calm guiding voice to help you drift off or just relax a little deeper.

Close your eyes,

Take a breath and let yourself rest.

For now let the breath be your guide towards this preparation for sleep.

Take a slow easy breath in and when you're ready a gentle releasing breath out.

Again breathing in calm and letting go of the day.

Nothing to change,

Nothing to get right,

Just breathe.

Let your breath move the way it wants to,

Steady,

Natural,

Unhurried.

Feel it flow in through your nose and drift softly out.

Each breath telling your body it's time to rest.

Now as you breathe let your awareness begin to spread through you,

Quietly,

Gently.

From the crown of your head,

Down across your face,

Through your jaw and neck,

Soften,

Let go.

Feel the weight of your shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Heavy,

Warm,

At ease.

Your chest and belly naturally rise and fall with the rhythm of the breath.

No effort,

Just a rocking,

Gentle,

Soothing movement.

Down through your hips now,

Legs,

Feet,

Every exhale melting you deeper and deeper into the bed.

You are safe here,

Supported,

Held.

The breath moves in and the breath moves out as the body relaxes,

Allowing everything to become slow and steady,

Like gentle waves on a calm sea.

Let that rhythm carry you,

The rhythm of your own letting go.

Let the body rest,

The mind will quieten when it's ready and if sleep comes,

Let it come easily.

If not,

Simply stay here,

Resting in the softness.

Just breathe,

Just rest,

Just be.
