A pleasant, calming voice, kind and well-paced guidance — I enjoy exploring Lynz’s offerings in this meditation app. Discovering the 7 Points of Peace on a Sunday morning was just perfect. I loved whispering "I am peace" to myself, and the idea of letting it turn into a quiet inner song of contemplation, radiating from my heart and out into the world. I especially appreciate the absence of music or other sounds, which made it so much easier for me to focus on the guidance. Thank you so much for this beautiful creation.

I’m really glad to have discovered this meditation teacher. I very much appreciate Lynz’s kind, calm voice and perfectly paced, slow guidance. In this particular meditation, I enjoyed the simple, grounding body scan and the absence of any background music or sounds, which helped me stay focused on the guidance. I love Linz’s calming voice, clear diction, and kind guidance. Surprisingly, the sound quality of this meditation, which I listened to for the first time this morning, is a little flat and tinny, making it slightly harder for me to catch a few words here and there—but most of it still came through clearly enough. A small old transistor radio on a kitchen table came to mind—an image that made me smile, and somehow felt like a fitting match for this gently relaxed, grounding start to the day. Thank you!
