Hello,
My name is Carla and this is a guided meditation to help you to step into acceptance.
Find yourself a comfortable seat or lie down flat on your back.
What is most important is that you are comfortable and that your spine is beautifully elongated.
Begin to tap into your breath.
That friend that is always there for you,
Always with you in waking life in this realm.
Just observing the natural rhythm,
That divine flow,
Noticing how deeply you are breathing.
And the quality of your breath,
Not trying to control or alter.
Just placing yourself in the role of observer.
And if you notice that thoughts arise,
Just observe them,
Allowing them to flow past you like a river.
Just letting them go and coming back to your natural flow of your in and out breath.
Just bringing presence,
Acknowledging whatever comes up.
And begin to scan your body.
Starting at your feet and just noticing if there is any sensation that is calling for your attention.
Any places where an emotion or a feeling may be trapped.
Again,
Not judging,
Not coming up with any opinion,
Just acknowledging and bringing your presence to those spaces.
See if you can imagine that you are breathing into those spaces that need your attention.
Anywhere where you feel something comfortable,
Sending your breath there.
Just allowing relaxation,
Granting permission to let go,
To surrender,
To be at peace exactly.
Where you are.
Without needing to change.
Just allowing you some time to move through that.
Just allowing you some time to move through that.

Just allowing you some time to move through that.
And now coming back to your breath.
Just taking notes of the places here.
You felt tension where you sent healing,
Taking stock and just coming to the affirmations which you can repeat after me or just allow them to sink into your psyche.
I accept myself exactly as I am.
I accept where I am upon my journey.
I accept the current circumstances that surround me as they are with love in my heart.
And I accept exactly as things unfold in this now moment.
Even as I will them to shift and change.
Even as I step into my power to effect change to this situation.
I accept what has unfolded.
I accept.
I surrender to what is.
For what has already unfolded cannot be changed.
But what can be changed is my reaction to it.
Just breathing that feeling of acceptance into your body.
Just relaxing as every cell relaxes and settles into this moment,
This point of power,
This place of presence and just allowing whatever situation has been bothering you to come into your mind space right now.
Just giving it an image or a sentence or a word.
Something to symbolize that situation and allow it to be visualized in front of you.
And imagine you are wrapping it in a calm cosy blue blanket of energy.
Looking at it with compassion,
With acceptance and just say I accept you.
I know that all is well.
I have compassion for you and for myself.
And I know that I can shift this energy.
I know that all is well.
Just notice if there are any resistances showing up in your body.
As you look at this symbol before you,
Begin to acknowledge the connection between the physical sensation within your being and what is attached to the current circumstances.
And send your breath there again.
And say again.
I accept.
I step into trust.
I know that all is well.
And begin now to visualize a soft orangey pinky color surrounding you with warm comforting energy.
The love,
That gentle love of the Earth Mother surrounding you.
Feel as this energy penetrates any of those spaces of tension.
And say again,
I accept what is.
I know that all is well.
And stay here for a few minutes.
And when the music finishes,
You can wiggle your toes and come back into the room and move through your life with a new energy that you've cultivated for yourself.
